On Saturday, March 29, 2025, I celebrated my 50th birthday at The Sterling Castle. From the moment I arrived at The Sterling Castle, I was surrounded in an atmosphere of elegance and charm. The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking, with its stunning architecture and beautifully manicured grounds that create a fantasy setting for any event. Every corner of the castle tells a story, making it a perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

The owners (Victor and Misty) of The Sterling Castle truly understand the art of hospitality. The decorations, DJ and food were outstanding. I want to thank Victor and Misty for meeting my expectations. This couple was very pleasant and easy to work with. Even if it was an idea that they never experienced, they were willing to give it a try. I requested, simple, but elegant decor and that is what I received. Their passion for creating a welcoming and enchanting experience is evident in every detail. They went above beyond to ensure that my event was seamless, from the initial planning stages to the day of the celebration. The entire team was simply amazing. They were there to assist in whatever capacity they were needed. Their professionalism and genuine care for my guests made us feel valued and appreciated. They worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, their positive energy was infectious. Whether it was Victor or Misty, their assistant Ashley, the catering staff, maintenance crew, or parking attendant, everyone contributed to making my experience truly exceptional.

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing Sterling Castle team and the venue, itself. Stunning property. Dreamy location for an elegant, romantic, and magical wedding day. The family that owns it are all incredibly kind, caring people who worked hard to make our day absolutely perfect. Every detail we wanted was tended to with utmost priority and every detail we didn’t even think about was handled beautifully. They went above and beyond for us in any way we needed. Extremely responsive, friendly, professional, and we felt like they truly cared about our wedding day as much as we did. Lots of bang for your buck, you won’t find a more one of a kind team and venue like this. I highly recommend the Sterling Castle for any wedding or event. Alabama’s best kept secret!

What a great experience. The event facility is amazing. Castle is impressive as well as useful! The flowers were all in bloom and beautiful. Many options were available to select just what you want for the wedding and reception. We had snow cones and fireworks that were a big hit. The owners are so good and passionate about their business and it shows. The workers were also great. They took care of our every need. The food and cakes were delicious and we received compliments from all the guests.
Can't think of anything else we could have asked for.

When we told Brennan about our Halloween themed wedding he and his family seemed genuinely excited about it. They were all outstanding and communicated very well with us about the planning process for the wedding. We did the Micro Wedding package because it fit all of what we needed. I cannot recommend the Sterling Castle highly enough. Brennan and his wife Kelsie did an amazing job on everything for our wedding They really did a phenomenal job wit it.

Me and my husband got married here May of 2025. During the wedding planning process, Misty and her whole family were very friendly, relaxed, and helpful. I did not want to do much planning and left a lot of decisions and planning up to Misty. She was so very kind and helpful through the whole process. The food was beyond delicious and the venue was so much more beautiful than I could have pictured. Misty, Victor, Brennan, and their whole team went above and beyond to make sure every moment was so special and sweet. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Sterling Castle and the experience I had here.

What can I say that hasn't been said about The Sterling Castle? This venue went absolutely above and beyond for my beautiful wife and I. They supported our vision of a gothic/cemetery-like ceremony and reception, and went so far beyond what we ever expected in the best ways imaginable. They put so much effort and care and love into just our ceremony, I can't imagine anyone else's being any less. I cannot recommend this place and these amazing people enough! The Sterling Castle is an amazing venue!
They made everything so easy I didn’t worry about a single thing! The decor was beautiful and perfect! The food was DELICIOUS and the cake! We had people raving about how good the cake was!
The staff kept us on time but did allow for a lil time variance. Brennan even got out on the dance floor and did the electric slide with my aunt! It was great! My husband and I are so thankful for them and honestly can not recommend them enough!
I would love to have a plate of the Mongolian beef right now!
