I’ve used this flower shop before and they’ve done amazing..BUT whoever is answering those phones has a serious attitude problem. There was confusion with the person of contact because of me wanting the delivery to be a surprise. I 100% understand the confusion but I don’t understand why attitude was needed.

I also called back to let her know what time said person would be home (4pm) and seemed to be a little whiny about how late the delivery would be? I mean maybe I’m crazy but I don’t think 4pm is really even that late? Maybe I just got her on an off day..

I ordered 30 roses a teddy bear and a card from these people!! I got 26 roses and got 26 and a card that didn't say what it was supposed to say! The card said I can and can't wait to be your husband and was argued with and told there was nothing that could be done! I would not recommend getting flowers from this place!!

Very poor business etiquette. I pre-ordered flowers as a surprise for my sister’s birthday and they seemed to bothered that I would not give them her phone number to schedule the flower delivery. I repeatedly told them that I did not want her to know about the delivery, but someone would be there to collect the flowers at the door. The blatant attitude that I received on the phone was unnecessarily rude. I will not be ordering from Special Touch again.

Covid in our family they made the best floral arrangement with little gift for my 13 year old granddaughter.priced perfect.braught some smiles into the house.even with the pandemic happening.thank you for helping with a birthday for a very special little girl in my life.means more than you'll know.
