I have been doing the seasonal rentals for my daughter since she began skiing! The first few years we rented skis. Then one year she decided to try snowboarding and has never gone back! We chose to do the seasonal rentals until she was done growing! Your staff is great and very easy to work with! Your seasonal price is the best - I have checked around!! This year we came in to purchase her a snowboard, bindings and boots! Again, your staff asked questions and worked with us to pick the right equipment for her and her ability! When anyone asks me, in person or on social media- I direct them to you!! Keep up the great work! This is her on her first day with her new board - ready to go and all the big smiles!

Went in for a ski tune and wax. I was greeted by and worked with a very knowledgeable and friendly coworker. He suggested just a hot wax be applied since the skis were still fairly sharp. And for the price I absolutely agreed to it. I also appreciated that I if I need my skis prior to the promise date they could get the work done befor my trip, I didn’t need to but it was a nice touch.
I didn’t notice until got home … but that there was wax drippings along the side of my skis. Is it a big deal? Nahhh. But I’ll be double checking my skis after the next tune. I love the Ski House and the staff. So 4/5. A lil more attention to detail next time guys.

Brought in my high end custom snowboard for a tune up and iron wax, and they did a really bad and lazy job. They gave the base a stone grind which it didn’t really need, but would have appreciated actually if they did a good job, they didn’t. They left it so course I could scratch my back on it. Barely used any wax on it, took it riding the very next day and is already dried out. When I went to pick it up I had to wait around 15 minutes for them to bring it out which makes me think it wasn’t ready at the time they promised and just rushed it out instead of being honest with me.
Incredibly disappointed as I liked supporting this shop and have since I was a kid. I’ve been avidly snowboarding for 26 years and know my stuff. I used to do my own tune ups and wax’s but don’t have the time and motivation for that as much anymore. I will not be giving them anymore business or recommendations for anything.

Highly recommend the Ski House!! We had a small issue (easy mistake) when picking up, one of the staff who was not present today, accidentally rented out the snow boots we had already paid for and reserved. My husband and I were becoming visibly anxious as multiple staff were searching throughout the store to find the right size while letting us know they don’t think they have any left. Not only did all the staff comfort us and ensure us that everything’s okay and something will be figured out. They were so supportive and created a plan to fix a problem that they did personally not cause. Instead of giving us a refund and sending us on our way, they made something work which not many businesses like this would. Accidents happen all the time and we understand that. These guys did everything they could to fix the problem and apologize for another staff unintentional mistake. Love this place and highly recommend them!!!

Horrible!!!! I Reserved two ski sets and two snowboards! They messed up by forgetting to hand us the ski poles when picking up(first time skiing) so we had to turn around on the high to head back which we didn’t mind. Honest mistake between both of us. We leave a second time and we get a call from them saying we need to head back because they accidentally gave us two left ski boots from another persons rental. So now we had to turn around again bc of something they messed up on. So now we’re are out on gas, time and money. I had a ski lesson booked for over 150$ for me and my fiancée and now we missed out on that and the money. The ski lounge has the audacity to only give us $40 store credit for one rental, for what we are missing out on! It’s unacceptable especially bc we went upstairs to *support* this local business and bought ski outfits for all four of the us, instead of heading the cheaper route(Amazon). This is not how you should conduct business nor the customer service we received! We will not be coming back!

Brady was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the differences across their selection of boots, skis, and bindings! Overall staff were friendly and helpful, they impressively greeted everyone in seconds. Great local spot for your ski and snowboarding gear.

Absolute scam . Sold me the wrong size ski boots, claiming they’re “supposed to be tight.” As a beginner, I trusted their so-called expertise. Turns out, they were cutting off my circulation after two runs. Three other shops confirmed they screwed up. Wasted $100++ trying to fix their mistake.

Went back, and they ADMITTED they sold me the wrong size—then refused to do anything about it. No refund, no exchange, just pathetic and was told“ buy new ones.” Now I’m out hundreds of dollars with boots I can’t wear. Incompetent, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.❌

The Ski House has an excellent selection of ski equipment and accessories for a southern New England ski shop! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the prices are reasonable. It is the go to ski shop locally for our entire family!
