We stayed for a weekend and had a wedding to attend with a pre wedding party early on Friday. Sarah and Nathan were so accommodating and gave us access a bit early. We also had to leave early Sunday and they arranged a continental breakfast for us. The house is a gem, beautiful, clean, and smelled fresh. The common areas are amazing and the Fellows Room fit our needs perfectly. We could not be more pleased or have enough good things to say about this unique place. The special care that the hosts have for their place shows in the graciousness and kindness they present to their guests (including the daily, delicious, cooked breakfasts!!). They even left us a thank you note on departure. It is a fabulous house to stay and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

We stayed in August and booked a room for another time before we left! Peaceful, lovely, calming energy with gracious hosts. Food was delicious, and accommodations were antique and pristine. It is beautiful place to unwind and recharge. Magical location.

Beautiful location, quiet and charming. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. would stay again any day! A hidden gem. Easy access to 91, rte 2, local areas. Rooms with everything needed, available games and puzzles. Outdoor chairs, great views.

I have now stayed at the Shelburne House 5 times over the last few years. I would rank them with 5 stars plus for each stay. Sarah and Nathan remain warm and hospitable. The Inn is always clean and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and the common areas are furnished to afford their guests a pleasant stay. Breakfast is a highlight. Nathan does breakfast and has the gourmet touch. The grounds are beautifully manicured and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. This is a great place, but must confess I was reluctant to tell about it out of concern that it will get all the attention it deserves and make it ever more difficult to get a reservation.

What a lovely experience staying at The Shelburne House Bed & Breakfast. After being greeted warmly by Sarah Martin, we settled into our clean and comfortable accommodations before heading to the nearby village of Shelburne Falls. Each day we were warmly greeted by Sarah and her husband, Nathan, who crafted a bounty of deliciousness served for breakfast in a warm and welcoming setting of either the dining room or three season room. The food was scrumptious, and this wonderful gem is nestled in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains with a view that we never grew tired of. Bottled water awaited us after a day of activities, the common areas were perfect for playing a board game, doing puzzles, or reading a book. A wonderful place we can't wait to return to. Thank you Sarah and Nathan!

Such a beautiful and charming place! The entire house, especially the room was super clean and cozy. Perfect for playing music on the record player and reading. Huge backyard with a beautiful view of an apple orchard and clear skies at night for stargazing. The hosts, Sarah and Nathan were super accessible and responded quickly to any questions and requests. Breakfasts were delicious! They also gave us amazing recommendations for the area, and really went above and beyond to make our weekend special, thank you! In a beautiful rural area where the lifestyle seems slow and relaxed, perfect for our weekend getaway. Lots of great restaurants, surrounding downtown areas, and unique finds to explore.
