I got married here in September 2 days after Helene hit and when I tell you these people were SO accommodating! I asked if my tables and chairs rental could drop off the stuff early to avoid their trailer getting stuck in mud (possibly) and they said no problem! They let me get in just a little bit earlier to start decorating and setting up and let me stay a little bit later to clear everything out of the villa. This place was BEAUTIFUL! I’m not going to lie, I didn’t even want a wedding but this venue exceeded any expectations I did have! My out of town guests didn’t need to stay at hotels and we could get ready on site! Plenty of photography points on site and everything is very blank canvas! I would give this place a 100/10 if I could!

We are getting married in September 2024 at Paradise and literally cannot wait for our big day! I think about Paradise everyday. We have toured the property with Ashley who we adore and clicked with from the start. Ashley has been amazing at answering all of our questions. We also had our engagement photos taken on property for our save the dates and wedding invitations to give our guests a sneak peak of this stunning venue. Which was so fun! The venue is literally a dream the secret garden, modern metal barn & spanish style estate really checked off all our boxes. We loved the blank canvas this venue provides because we can put our own touch on the space and make it our own for the weekend. I am just obsessed with this property and can’t wait for our big day at Paradise.

We had our wedding celebration here on 11/9/24 and here is a list of reasons why this was a great investment for our wedding:

1. The venue itself is gorgeous, so no need to spend too much $$ on decorations
2. We rented the venue for the weekend and got to set up the venue as a family and do rehearsal on our own time -- we did not feel rushed at all
3. We were able to stay the night on the property, get ready as a family, have the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party all in the same location! SO convenient.
4. The pricing is competitive compared to other local venues. Other venues are charging about the same but you only get the venue for 8 hours, whereas with this venue, you get for the entire weekend!
5. We had a few small hiccups such as, the reception hall toilets became clogged/unusable and one of the beds in the house broke, but Ashley (the venue coordinator) was very responsive to our needs and saw to it that we were taken care of / even offered a small comp. for the inconvenience. We appreciated how responsive she was all weekend.
6. This venue does not require that you use any specific vendors; however, pro tip: use their recommended vendors b/c you will get preferential treatment from those vendors!!!

Our wedding was a beautiful dream come true, thank you guys so much for hosting us!!!!!

Attended a wedding this weekend. The reception venue was nice and set up well. The wedding area by the arch was in need of TLC and backs up to a housing development. A rock path leads to arch so beware of wearing heels. Bathroom had run out of soap in the first hour of event and later toilet paper.

Such a great venue! We got so many compliments from our guests about how nice it was. It poured on our day and we were able to use the tent for reception/cocktail hour. Overall everything was great since we were able to stay on site with our bridal party Thursday-Sunday. Only thing i would give note of is that the communication can be kinda slow before the wedding but the day of and going through everything, Ashley made sure we were taken care of!

This place is incredibly beautiful. The entire property was well kempt and I received so many compliments. I was able to fit my large wedding (including my large bridal party). Thank you Ashley for helping host such a beautiful day!

What a magical forest ceremony spot!
The reception space is very large, versatile and climate controlled! (A MUST on Florida!)

Paradise Spring in Lithia is gorgeous! We hosted a styled wedding photoshoot at their venue and the owners were so accommodating & kind! At the end of a long day the venue owners helped us clean up and really showed us they care about their clients! I'm so thankful to have found an amazing venue I can recommend to photo clients who are looking for a beautiful wedding venue! Thanks for everything Ashley!
