It is a very cool park full of sculptures. I recommend going to the park's website. You can find background on the pieces. Lots of squirrels. My only complaint is that navigating to the last 3 pieces is not easy since they are on the other side of the performing arts building and there is no loop or clearly posted route. The map on the website was hard to decipher because you can't really zoom in and there is no clear trail map.

A fantastic little park with interesting pieces nicely spread along the paved pathway. Wayfinding signage was a little confusing at the entrance and we walked a little way in the wrong direction in the heat, but overall was an enjoyable way to spend an hour or so during some afternoon downtime before dinner. We used the convenient self-guided tour on their website to add additional details while viewing each sculpture. I would definitely spend time there again during our next visit to Chicago.

Schaumburg Athenaeum Sculpture Park is a nice tranquil walking path with International artists metal, wood and concrete renderings. What’s unique is once you start walking outer noises disappear and you don’t even feel like you’re in the middle of a city. There is also a nice little woodland trail nicely landscaped that also leads to the main sculpture path.

This path is made for everyone both young and old. There is plenty of parking very close to the path as well.

They have a very nice Christmas tree ! Gorgeous. Unfortunately, when we went there it was raining. Hope they provide some shades or roof to hang around during rainny days.

We went to this park on Mother's day to have a walk after a heavy lunch! The place was nice and quiet. It could be better if the sculpture areas were well-maintained. You could walk around the park in an hour. It's also good for a family picnic.

Nice little sculpture park and woodland trails. Dogs allowed as long as no events are going on. Easy trail, main path around sculptures is paved. Woodland trail has wood chips as main ground, making it not easily accessible for strollers or wheel chairs. Park backs up to houses and ends at different places. Would be nicer if the path was all connected rather than various entrances. All in all nice quiet place to spend a hour or two.
