Stars are for sharpness of serving staff and their leads, on-site helpfulness of event management with last-minute printing, and quality of food.

Event management can make or break the event; experienced the latter due to the following points with Jenna M.

-Head count due date quoted verbally during initial meeting was reduced by five days with no cause.

-Rented unusable space due to lack of prep by the venue. Site's pavilion, which was to be the primary event area (seating and food were arranged so), required rental of an indoor room. Venue maintains no supplies to combat mosquitoes (citronella, etc), rendering the outdoor unusable and forcing the full party to occur in the underprepared/undecorated indoor space.

-Denied access to the soundsystem in an email over a week before the event. On event day, it was disclosed that the system was indeed available, but the person who possessed the key was off-site and therefore the system could not be retrieved.
Music had to run off of a PC speaker- very low-rent. In general, responses to questions to Jenna about menu, space, etc. were cold and "can't do".

Much less money could have spent at a different facility on the venue's property for a much more polished event.
