At first I was impressed with Prop Factory. Then after signing a contract and paying invoice dealt with multiple issues for my son's Bar Mitzvah..... 1) Prop Factory is unresponsive- expect to wait weeks for responses to important items after following up 2-3X; 2) They messed up the seating cards for my sons event so people were at wrong tables- very upsetting; 3) they didn't deliver part of the items that were paid for in contract and then argued that they were not contracted to deliver- I had to dig thru invoices 1hr before event to prove to them that we paid for item (as clearly shown on the invoice) then they made it by skin of their teeth to deliver item after arguing and lastly; 4) their prices were excessive- example center pieces Prop Factory costs were 4x other companies ( I ended up going elsewhere for centerpieces due to excessive pricing). Long and short I believe there are many, many more party creation companies that are more responsive, have better prices, do what they are contacted for and don't argue to deliver what you have paid for- I will never again use Prop Factory for an event

The Prop Factory was incredible!! They created an amazing experience for my wife's 50th birthday. Billy, Michael and the team were creative, helpful, flexible, professional and friendly. I would very highly recommend them!
