The Planning Co. absolutely blew our expectations! They were so incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared for Brandon and I. The entire team did everything in their power to ensure that our wedding day was exactly what we dreamt of. Dani Flynn was the wedding planner of our dreams! She went above and beyond in every aspect possible. She was the utmost professional dealing with vendors, helping our guests, and ensuring that Brandon and I were well cared for and happy the entire day. Dani Flynn is truly one in a million and I couldn't imagine our day without her. She is so kind, so loving, and incredibly selfless! The Planning Co. - we couldn't have done it without you. TLDR; book them. We had the most amazing wedding day thanks to Sarah and the Planning Co.

Sarah is so knowledgeable, organized, and not to mention the sweetest human. During the planning process, she went with to a few of the venue tours and was asking questions I wouldn't even think to ask. I also felt like she knew everyone in the wedding industry of CO, which was especially helpful in choosing vendors.

Sarah got to know us so well that by the end of working with her she was a good friend. I am not a super decisive person, and weddings require so many little decisions. Sarah always knew when I was getting burnt out making decisions and would offer to make it for me, which was honestly one of my favorite things! She knew us so well that I completely trusted her to make decisions with us in mind, and that way, I could focus on the bigger things instead of getting hung up on the little things.

On the wedding day, I felt like royalty and so well taken care of. I knew her and Hannah were taking care of everything in the background - interfacing with vendors, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, helping move the ceremony inside last minute when there was hail, pouring rain, and even a tornado, setting up decorations, keeping track of the schedule, and so many more things that we didn't see but made the day come together - so we could focus on each other and getting married.

Sarah and her team went above and beyond in making our day special, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone planning a wedding!

I had the LOVELY Abigail as my wedding planner!!! It was a dream, and she was an angel. She dealt with any little issue so sweetly and really had a sense of magic while coordinating a very busy, international, and detailed wedding!! I’m still dreaming about it and will for the rest of my life!!

Choosing The Planning Co. was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the start, Brittany was an absolute dream to work with. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, and she patiently guided us through every step of the planning process. She was always available to answer our (many!) questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and confident in our choices.

During the wedding weekend, Kim also stepped in to help flawlessly execute everything we had planned. They were both experts at coordinating all the moving parts, ensuring everyone involved in the ceremony knew exactly what they were doing and when. Thanks to them, our wedding went off without a hitch!

The Planning Co. team's professionalism, organization, and genuine care made our wedding day truly magical. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to any couple planning their wedding in the Colorado Springs/Denver area!

The Planning Co is 10/10!! We seriously can’t recommend them enough. We got married this past September after a 20 month engagement. The Planning Co was the first vendor we booked! Abigail was a delight to work with! She was so patient with us as our ideas changed many times, she was a wonderful voice of reason when making decisions as well and asked questions and reminded us of things that we didn’t even think about! She was extremely diligent and detailed when reviewing our timeline. Our friends and family were so impressed; so many of our guests mentioned how hard her and Kim were working. Abigail ensured our day ran smoothly and everyone was exactly where they needed to be! If things went wrong I had literally 0 idea, she made wedding day stress free. Even the hair and make up team complimented on how smooth everything was going. She even stayed late to help clean up and packaged up all the decor so carefully and thoughtfully. The day after our wedding both my husband and I said how sad we were that we would not get to work with Abigail any more!

From the planning calls, to the walk through, to the wedding day, Danielle and the team at The Planning Co. handled every detail. Danielle kept everything and everyone organized. We were able to stay on time and I could focus on enjoying the moment. Danielle was even snapping candid photos that ended up being some of my favorites. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The florals were stunning. Exactly what I was looking for. I was so grateful Sarah took the time to capture my vision. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner or day of coordinator, stop hesitating and call The Planning Co.! From my initial call with Sarah, I knew they would be a dream come true. Sarah was so sweet and knowledgeable, and never made me feel bad for calling them a month before the wedding. From the moment they took over, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders (wedding planning is no joke!) We even used them for our floral arch and my guests were all complementing how beautiful it was. The arch really was the cherry on top for the ceremony, it was gorgeous!

And then comes my dear Abigail Deardorff, she is the best day of coordinator one could ask for!! She is easy to talk to, organized, and goes way above and beyond for her couples! I gave Abigail a packet with details on how I wanted the wedding to look and keys to a uhaul with everything in it - and not only did she execute it perfectly, but everything looked better than I could've ever imagined! She even brought me breakfast the morning of to my Vrbo! I kept waiting for something to go wrong on wedding day, but the day was absolutely perfect and I know it was all because of Abigail. My guests noticed her hard work and told me how sweet she was to them. The peace of mind that she brought us is worth 10x what we paid for! Abigail will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️

I will be recommending them to everyone who will listen until my dying breath. Seriously, give The Planning Co. a call and your life will be changed.
