This review is long overdue but Nicole of the Perfect Touch is INCREDIBLE! We booked Nicole for day of coordination but she did far more than day of. Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with and helped us have the most perfect, stress free wedding day. I don’t think we had to lift a finger to do anything as Nicole was 20 steps ahead. From the initial inquiry to post wedding she was fantastic. Leading up to the wedding she frequently checked in with us on planning, offered help when searching for vendors and overall just listened to whatever we had to talk about. The Perfect Touch had a great online system that was incredibly helpful to track vendors, to do list, schedule, and the layout!
After listening to our vision she created the perfect layout and all we had to do was assign seats! It was so easy to use and great visuals. The day of she is a magical event ninja. She had everything absolutely handled so we could focus on the fun parts of the day. She was always there when needed but never felt like she was in the way. She always had our favorite drinks in hand when we didn’t know we needed! She kept the day flowing and on time. I never had to question what was going on or where we needed to be. She was on top of it from start to finish! She managed us, all of our vendors, and some family members that needed a little extra help. Nicole was calm, cool and collected from the very beginning which really set the tone for the day.
On top of her exceptional planning and coordination the Perfect Touch also offers rentals which were incredible! Their rental catalog had plenty of wonderful options in multiple styles. We were able to rent some yard games for cocktail hour, table décor, and a gorgeous display for a bud vase wall. If you are on the fence with a coordinator I couldn’t recommend Nicole enough. She will make sure your day is the most special and stress-free. She took care of everything from start to finish and smiled the whole time! You can tell she loves what she does, and it certainly shows! Nicole and the Perfect Touch truly created the most memorable day for us.

Working with Melissa at The Perfect Touch was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend her. From our very first conversation with Melissa, I knew that we were in good hands as we were preparing for our wedding. Melissa is a complete professional - she is organized, prepared, and takes great care with every step of the planning process. She is kind and friendly and was a great support and sounding board throughout the stressful process of wedding planning.

I truly could not have asked for more working with Melissa - I truly knew she had everything under control and I trusted her fully to take the lead on our wedding day. Throughout our wedding day, there was not one issue (or if there was, I never saw it) which is exactly what you hope for on your wedding day. Melissa took all of the stress away and executed our day flawlessly. She is incredibly detail oriented and I felt like she took our wedding as seriously as she would her own. She truly put us at ease and we had full confidence in her which mean that we could relax and have a blast with our friends and family!

The Perfect Touch also offers signage and rentals. We decided to go with them for our Welcome Sign and it turned out great! It was so nice that they offered these other services to help streamline our planning process.

I am so grateful that Melissa was on our team and leading the charge with all of our vendors. She seamlessly coordinated and organized all of our vendors - which included a hair, makeup, florals, dj, a mariachi band, photography, videography, bar, catering, an ice cream truck and late night snack delivery! There were a a lot of moving pieces but Melissa handled it like a champ and didn't skip a beat!!! She was truly the "perfect touch" that we needed to make our wedding day perfect and we absolutely loved working with her every step of the way!

Meridith was so great to work with and made our wedding go so smooth! She kept everything so organized and did all the hard work for us. From great communication months before the wedding, running our rehearsal, setting up & moving all decor, making sure our reception ran smoothly, to cleaning up- she was amazing! The Perfect Touch also made all our signs which was so nice because we barely had to travel with anything. Literally couldn’t imagine doing a destination wedding without her!

Working with Nicole and the Perfect Touch team was an exceptional experience. They executed our highly detailed and aesthetic wedding with remarkable ease, maintaining responsive communication and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Nicole's flexibility in accommodating my design needs was truly commendable. It felt like I had a dedicated cheerleader and teammate excited to collaborate on the final vision for our wedding. Not only does she offer a fantastic selection of rental products, but she even went above and beyond by purchasing specific items like votives, couches, lounge chairs, and poufs that perfectly matched my aesthetic.

Prior to the wedding, we had several design meetings that were incredibly helpful. When the month-of coordination began, Nicole took a significant load off our shoulders by designing our welcome party and managing all vendor communications. Her responsiveness to last-minute changes was invaluable.

A standout moment was during the welcome party when we realized we had forgotten to provide paper for our community unity activity. Nicole swiftly ran to the store for note cards, ensuring everything went smoothly without anyone noticing the hiccup.

Her team is also incredibly talented. They flawlessly executed an Aspen leaf ornament escort wall I had envisioned, created our wedding welcome sign, and crafted all the signage for the welcome party, including bar menus and details for the remembrance table. She even printed timelines and important information for our bridal party, distributing them at rehearsal.

Nicole handled every aspect of the wedding with great care, and seeing the reception space come to life exactly as I envisioned brought tears to my eyes.

I highly, highly recommend Perfect Touch for anyone seeking a wedding planner!

We had Nicole as our planner with the full service package. We worked with her for about a year and a half and had her as our day of planner. We loved working with her! Every detail was well planned and beautiful. Nicole made our dream wedding real. She was always patient, warm, professional, and detail oriented. Nicole made us feel at ease whenever we were worried or stressed about the wedding. Our friends and family who met her during the wedding weekend all commented on how kind and professional she was. We had an outdoor wedding and had some rain during the day. But Nicole was able to watch the clouds to predict the weather and perfectly time our ceremony so that we could have the outdoor wedding we hoped and planned for without our guests getting rained on. We will miss chatting with her all the time. We are SO glad we hired Nicole and would absolutely do it again.
