The Perfect Day has all your bridal needs! We used The Perfect Day for rentals, florals, and wedding planning services and everything was literally perfect! Catherine, our wedding planner, was fantastic! She made the entire process from booking vendors to planning every little detail of the day to the final setup so easy for us! She was super responsive, had very helpful recommendations, kept us on track, and was so sweet! Heather assisted us with florals and did an amazing job! Everything turned out so beautiful. Together they answered and addressed all our questions and concerns, understood our vision, and executed it perfectly! The day ran smoothly and was everything I hoped for and more thanks to The Perfect Day!

Before you do anything you should 1000% book with The Perfect Day first! It is so worth it. They have everything you need and at market price. Unless you are going to DIY a ton of stuff they have a fair price point on everything. Believe me. I wasted many hours price matching everything. I think we were able to find a better price on bartending, but that's it. They have all the recommendations you need. From photographers to Hair/Makeup EVERYTHING. I highly recommend them. Catherine Jorgenson was not only our coordinator for our April 2024 wedding, but she also did my husband's brother and his wife's wedding May 2023. We always joke and say we are sad there are no more Greene kids to marry off because we loved working with Catherine and getting to know her so much. I remember at the rehearsal I was so anxious the weeks leading up to the wedding and when I saw Catherine in the parking lot I just had to give her a hug because just seeing her provided the most relief I've ever felt lol. She was super responsive and everything was so truly perfect. She gives it to you straight and with a smile and you know it will get taken care of and you will have realistic expectations. When I walked into the reception area for the first time I was stunned. (no one really talks about this moment of your big day, but it's so amazing to see you dreams in real life after so many months) It was even more beautiful than I imagined. (We got married at the Church, so that wasn't a service that I purchased) She was always calm no matter what was happening and took care of it, because as much as you plan plan plan it's almost inevitable that something will go haywire lol. I decided on the partial planning package and they truly are a one stop shop.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - A Nightmare for My Wedding Day

I had such high hopes for The Perfect Day, especially after hearing rave reviews and being recommended by a coworker who is friends with the owner. I can’t even begin to explain how much of a letdown this experience was. The beginning of my wedding planning was great—the coordinator I had worked with, Catherine, was amazing, and I thought I was in good hands. But as we got closer to the wedding, everything took a turn for the worse.

Just a couple of weeks before my wedding, I was notified that Catherine was being replaced by another coordinator named Reagan, who would be taking over. I was already uneasy about this sudden change, but I had no idea what I was in for.

Reagan was an absolute nightmare. She was rude, condescending, and even yelled at my family, bridal party, and guests. I received multiple complaints from my loved ones about how uncomfortable they felt because of her attitude. This is not how you should be treated on one of the most important days of your life. I understand our DJ was a bit late and it started raining- which we were hoping would not happen - but at the end of the day that does not excuse a bad attitude.

When I reached out to The Perfect Day to voice my concerns, I was told that there was nothing they could do because, in their eyes, Reagan had fulfilled her duties. Her attitude didn’t seem to matter to them. When I explained the situation in full, which did not even include how she broke a vase my mother-in-law had given me as a gift and didn’t compensate me for it, because they simply could not get me a call with the owner like I requested, I was brushed off. Reagan also snatched a menu from my grandmother’s hands, calling it “trash,” even though my grandmother just wanted to keep it as a memento. These are the kinds of things that matter to a bride, and they ruined my experience.

When I insisted on speaking with the owner, who I had been told was very hands-off - but only as soon as I complained - my request was ignored. I was essentially told that their hands were tied because I was "only complaining about her attitude." They refused to take responsibility for any of the issues I raised. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, I was left feeling completely unheard and disrespected.

What hurts the most is how this situation tainted the memory of my wedding. I had been so excited for the day, but my guests were made uncomfortable by Reagan's behavior, and now I will always associate her with my special day. The company could have made it right, but instead, they showed zero accountability and refused to make any sort of gesture to rectify the situation. Even our venue manager sent her home early because of all the complains she was receiving as well...

Whether I had the best or worst time of my life that day, I will always cherish it because I got to marry my husband at the end of the day. However, I don’t think I will ever be able to look back on my wedding day with the full joy I should have, nor share that joy with friends or family in the same way simply because of someone's attitude and it’s incredibly disappointing that a company I trusted with one of the most important days of my life handled it so poorly. My guests felt more stress than excitement that day and that says a lot about a wedding. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator that will treat you and your loved ones with respect, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Customer service should always come first, and The Perfect Day completely failed in that regard.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Catherine as our wedding coordinator, and we can’t recommend her enough! From the moment we started the planning process with her until the end of our big day, she was incredible! Catherine was always on top of everything, keeping us on schedule and making sure every detail was even better than we imagined. Because of her, our wedding day was enjoyable and stress-free. What really stood out to us was how she constantly checked in on us throughout the day, making sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything. Her thoughtfulness and dedication truly made a difference. If you’re planning a wedding and want someone who will genuinely care about making your day special, please please please hire Catherine/ The Perfect Day. She is amazing, and we’ll definitely be recommending her to everyone we know!!!

McKenna was the best coordinator to have for my wedding day. She was very put together with all the details and made sure everyone in my wedding party knew what was going on & made sure they knew what to do once the big day came. She also ensured all my wedding decorations and ideas came to life. After the “I Do’s” she handed the groom and I a celebratory glass to celebrate while we got everyone ready for photos. Throughout the night she often asked if we still wanted to do what we had planned or if we wanted to scratch it off the list and enjoy ourselves more. She was always making sure the groom and I were okay throughout the night! I highly recommend McKenna and The Perfect Day! ❤️

I cannot gush enough about The Perfect Day and their whole extended team, we had such an incredible wedding thanks to them! We are not Texan-natives, so planning a wedding from afar was a little trickier than we had expected, but having a team on the ground with The Perfect Day, made everything much more manageable. Our planner Catherine helped us at the beginning of the process by laying everything out and providing a schedule of the day that we would refer to quite often during the booking process. If ever we had a question, she was right there to assist. Jordan helped us as we started to plan out our rentals and was so sweet to help us load up the car when we came and picked everything up the day before the wedding. And our coordinator Taylor, holy smokes I don’t know if I can gush enough about Taylor!! She is beyond incredible, has such a large heart, and makes the big day so easy, so fun, and so effortless. She is there at a moment’s notice, and she is so good at anticipating what you might need before you even know it! She helped with keeping us all on schedule the entire day, and was always there with a smile. Taylor is very empathetic and so sweet, it felt like I had another one of my besties with me all day. We have so many warm fuzzy core memories of wedding day, and I have Taylor to thank for that. Both Hector and I would do everything the same, it was so perfect, and so many of our family and friends told us that it was one of the best weddings they had been to. So, thank you Taylor, and Jordan, and Catherine, and everyone at The Perfect Day. Y’all deserve so much credit for how wonderful our big day was. I used the Perfect day for coordination and floral services. McKenna was my coordinator and did a FABULOUS job. We communicated a lot via email and she was there for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. Literally could not have done it without her as we had a destination wedding. Floral services were great as well. The Perfect day also offers rentals for a reasonable price, which was super useful for us!! You guys rock!
