We absolutely loved this resort! The room was clean, convenient and close to all the little shops on Anna Maria Island. The check in process was smooth, we did have to pick up the key from another resort that was across town a little, but it was no trouble at all! Staff were very friendly and helpful! The room must have been brand new, a little on the smaller side, but had everything we needed to rest our heads for the night! They allow pets, so we were able to take our dog! We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice! We were in town visiting family and will be back again this winter, so will for sure be looking into staying here again!

Great location and value!
We had a problem with the vanity sink, and it was fixed right away.
Sofa bed, in our opinion, needs to be replaced as it is getting a little old and you can feel the springs.
It would be nice to have the cleaning crew clean outside the property, within the property, and pool/grill area.
For the most part, families kept the property clean, and the beer bottles, lotto tickets, and mess were from single men (3) that stayed one night. The grill area was left messy, and it has been 2 days since the beer bottles, hand towels, grill cover, and utensils are still in the same place.

Overall, stay was great. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Furniture worn out in living room. Bathroom way to small. Took to long for shower water to warm up. Play way Overpriced. Place is old maybe they could gut it and do a total remodel. Pet hair flying around. The big screen tv in each room was nice. Bed was comfortable. I give this place a C minus.

I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early. This message was delivered to me via text after booking on Expedia, which was a wonderful experience. The person who handles reservations reached out to me and let me know that there needed to be a credit card on file for incidentals, and once that was provided, we can go directly to the room. That convenience was much appreciated. The parking pass and everything we need was already in the room when we got in. They were available by text message going forward for any requests or needs which was very convenient, especially when I discovered there were two remotes and wasn’t sure which one was supposed to use. ||Arrived to the room and it was exactly as pictured online which was a pleasant surprise although tiny and fairly close quarters the room does feel spacious with a giant TV, a big bathroom that you can turn around and nice toiletries. Unfortunately there is no soapdish in the bathroom which I found strange. Also the bathroom was not as clean as I prefer. It seemed that someone had used it and there was some pee splatter stains on the toilet lid and floor. I contacted management and they offered to move my room, but since this was a short stay, I said it was no big deal. ||Overall property has an amazing aesthetic view pulling up you get to see beautiful pool, which is very well maintained and clean and warm. The little houses and the ground well maintained. If you want to play some games you have Astro turf and corn hole so there’s no grass and it’s dog friendly as they have a little doggy stations to poop around. ||The unit is well maintained and looks great. Just like the pictures you have a big ginormous 75 inch TV and it has Internet so you can watch your shows. Streaming services and all those things are provided you just have to login with your account. The bathrooms are spacious, mirror has a defroster so if you took a shower, you press the button and it defrost itself and you are able to continue doing your business. But there is no extra vent for pulling out the air if it gets stinky so bring air freshener. ||My husband who was in property management , it was hard for him not to spot certain things that could’ve been well-maintained or just looked after a little better. The showerhead was in need of cleaning as the streams coming off of it kind of went all over directions so simple baking soda clean it will get right out. The vanity itself looked like it was in need of replacement. But you could see the peel of the paint or coating as well as filters needs to be replaced. He somehow managed to find the caulking around the door trims, and even a small missing trim under the vanity should be looked at. This will be an easy fix to caulk things up and repaint them as aging does happen. ||There is a microwave and the fridge, but they’re standing on a cart that is almost bending on itself and suggested that they should at least invest into or set up a coffee bar station that can accommodate a proper fridge and all its amenities. Also no complimentary water bottles were provided which I found odd.||The place is amazing overall You can relax a beautiful pool and the parking is right in front and it is even walking distance from all the shops of the historic bridge pier of the island you can park your car out it is a small range of couple of blocks one-way couple of blocks another and it is a very close distance to the beach. If you wanna travel towards other beaches along the island, it’s very easy be prepared for some traffic but for the most part, you could get to places within 10 to 15 minutes. Especially during peak season so you might want to rent a golf cart. There’s some shuttles that go up and down the street they could get on and get off and so.

The room was clean and spacious. There were 3 of us and we only needed it for one night (10/19/2023). I was happy to find a place that would allow a one night stay! We were so close to Bridge Street, the fishing pier and the beach that we could walk. Even my mother with hip problems was able to walk to some of the shops & back to the room to rest. Very convenient for all of us. The pool area was very nice! My only complaint was the hot tub... it did not get hot. Set the timer for 15 min waiting for it to heat up but never did so I called the office and they sent a maintenance man to check it out. We went to eat and came back but to our surprise it still wasn't hot. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't utilize that amenity. I gave 4 stars for service on that detail but other than that it was a positive outcome. Check in was easy and I would definitely stay here again. We had room 609.

We stayed here for one night on the way to seeing family in Orlando. We ended up coming back for a few more days on the way back to Miami. Cute little hotel, near to all the bars and bridge street. 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the inter coastal. So perfect for sunsets and sun rises. Warm pool and very warm jacuzzi. Had the pool to ourselves. Well looked after, comfy bed. We would stay again when next on AMI. There’s no reception as such, there’s a central one at another property as there seems to be a few hotels owned by one company. Easy to find and only approx a mile down the road.

We had to go up a flight of stairs, which we were never told about could’ve presented a problem for one of our friends
Channel selection very poor
Bathroom was only the size of a powder room in the middle of our living. Space awkward
So glad we only spent one night, but was very overpriced
Oh, and did I mention originally we could not get onto the island for our first reservation because of the hurricane, but they were unwilling to provide a refund also, they charged 12% resort fee which is very high no ice either

Great little place with a very nice pool and hot tub area in the middle. You dont get all the amenities of a big chain hotel but this is a nice quiet little place and very close to the beach and a ton of little shopping stores, restaurants, bars, and a convenience store for anything you forgot. We certainly could have stayed within a 3 block radius the entire time we were here.
