The Original Summer Breeze - Eastham, Massachusetts

Our first time visiting the Cape and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Summer Breeze has a very well equipped kitchen as well as things for the beach available. It was quite warm during our stay but the house was very comfortable with quiet air conditioning units in every room that could be regulated as needed. Proximity to the bike trail was great. Great space for entertaining a group with the open space inside and the deck with the BBQ. We would highly recommend Summer Breeze to anyone coming to the Cape. Location was quiet and convenient to the beaches and shopping.

We typically visit the cape as a family (2 adults and 3 young kids) every summer. This past week, we stayed at Summer Breeze and were absolutely delighted with the rental. The house had everything we needed from an amenities and space perspective. Sherry was wonderful to talk to and was very helpful with getting us prepared for the week. The house is located very close to Wellfleet (great for dinner and things to keep the kids entertained...Drive-in, Pier, Beach, Etc) and a very short drive to the bay and ocean beaches. The yard is adjacent to the rail trail....great for exercise and family bike rides/walks. All in, we were very pleased with the rental (and the hospitality that Sherry sent our way). We will be booking again for next year!!

We have been using Summer Breeze properties for the past 3 years and have very much enjoyed our experience. The properties have been on very quiet streets, great when traveling with grandkids..... the houses have been in convenient to local attractions and nicely furnished. Planning on using them for our future trips to the cape. Also, Julie has been excellent to work with, and her help has been greatly appreciated.

We've been guests with the Nielsens' properties for four? five? years now. We stay at least once/year, sometimes twice/year. Every interaction via email and phone has been smooth and easy. We've had the pleasure of meeting the owners on several occasions, which made it much easier when we broke a lamp (so sorry, again) to just reach out and say we'd replaced it already! The houses are well furnished, the game rooms are GREAT, and the maintenance and continual improvements year after year make this one of the best vacation experiences around. The welcome bag with Cape Cod chips and wine doesn't hurt, either. Grin. Thank you for your hospitality!

This is our second year staying at the Ocean Breeze property and we had another great vacation! It's a perfect location that is well situated for getting to all of our vacation activities, including morning walks at Nauset Beach with our 4 legged family member, jumping on the bike path for a ride up to PB's in Wellfleet to enjoy an afternoon lunch or riding in the other direction to Orleans or even further down to South Dennis to reach the beginning of the bike trail! It wouldn't be vacation without our ice cream desserts - both Nauset Creamery and Ben & Jerry's, equally close by, met all our dessert needs! It's a quick ride to the bay side for a calmer beach experience or to watch the sunset. The Wellfleet movie theatre and flea market is also nearby and we took advantage of both during our trip!

Coordinating our vacation with Julie is always easy; she and her husband are very hospitable and reachable with any questions/needs that occurred during our trip.

Already looking forward to 2020 and our next Cape Cod adventure!
