I cannot say enough amazing things about Jiliane from the Organization Organization!
She was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and nothing would have been the same without her! The day went by without a hitch and all the guests told me it was the best and most organized wedding they have ever been to! This could not have happened without her.
She made sure the timeline was respected, our personal decor was perfectly installed, she supervised all the formal photos making sure my now husband and I still had time to enjoy cocktail hour with our guests.
We were both able to savor every second of our magical evening because Jiliane was there making sure everything was perfect. She took care of the set up, our vendors, and all questions, as well as clean up at the end of the night.
As an event planner myself I know that some people find it difficult to entrust someone else with their ideas and everything they have worked on for the past year or so. You can trust Jiliane to make your vision come to life, your special day carefree and even more perfect that it already is!
I whole-heartedly recommend hiring her for your wedding coordination or any event, she is THE BEST!

Though Jiliane was in Oakland and our wedding was in Houston, she managed to be fully present without hesitation during our Month-Of Coordination. When Jiliane began working on our special day, she completely took over and made sure I was stress-free. She finalized all details and timelines; and became the point-of-contact so I didn't have to worry about contacting vendors during that final month of preparation. We had a very detailed 12+ hour long wedding day and the moment my husband and I realized this would not have been possible without Jiliane, was when we walked into our reception venue and everything we had planned, dreamed of, and more was executed and we had absolutely no knowledge of how it got done. Definitely one of the best feelings I've had.

I cannot thank The Organization Organization enough for helping us have our dream wedding in Houston! Before the big day, coordinator Moriah went through every detail with us - including so many things we hadn't even thought of before. We knew we would be in good hands.

On our wedding day, Moriah and teammate Gabriel made sure everything ran smoothly - we didn't have to think about a thing! They made sure our two venues (ceremony & reception) looked great, kept vendors on track, helped guide our wedding party, and even made sure everything was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. Our family is still talking about how impressed they were with the team!

The Org Org members are real pros and we are so grateful to them for helping make our wedding day so special!

We had the most wonderful time at our Son’s Wedding thanks to Jilian and her team from The Organization Organization. Her professionalism went beyond expectations. The big day was met with confidence for all of us because of Jiliane’s attention to detail. She reassured us that she would take care of everything and that is exactly what she did.
