I see that others have had a good experience with this company, and I'm glad! I believe they would be fine for a local move. I would never suggest them for a long-distance move... unless maybe they were responsible for your items at the new location.

Frank & Audrey were helpful and nice, that's what the two stars are for... the rest of the experience was stressful. One of the movers was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Kept telling me not everything would fit and tried talking me into full service, even though my U-Haul was already outside. I explained to just fit what he could and I'll handle the rest later. I was literally moving the next day, so this had to be done.

He all but berated me because I didn't have extra moving blankets, so I rushed out to buy them on the spot. I was not told I needed any of this when getting the quote or I would have been more prepared. I even showed them what I had BEFORE booking them (and I wrongfully assumed that they, as movers, would have items on hand that I could buy!). They stacked garage bins on top of household items which resulted in a few things breaking, including the bin itself. A table I've owned for 20+ years now has a dent in it and is damaged, and the final invoice came out to be more than the quote I was given per hour. When I asked why, I was told, "that's what I thought the price was". They did correct this, but it was not without frustration. It was just poor communication. I do understand about rain delays, but as it was pouring and they were standing around (on the clock!), I had to remind them there was stuff inside we could be working on. They also left their personal trash on my kitchen counters and I had to clean up after them.

I didn't want to have to write a negative review because Frank & Audrey were so helpful, but this was the worst moving experience for me. I won't use them again or recommend them. The people I hired to unpack in our new location were so respectful and communicative that the stark contrast made me want to share this experience.

To the fearless leader Frank whose genuine care of your belongings and exceptional leadership, he will exceed your expectations, also he’s a really good guy and easy to like, he packs, loads, and delivers your household goods with love and professionalism. He will bend over backwards and go the extra mile to make your move as stress free and easy as possible. He has a great team behind him. From the top to the bottom, everyone is treated like family. I expect nothing but greatness with him at the helm. Wow!
They did a great job in taking care of all my furniture and unloading at the new location. They even offered to put things together that I had taken apart prior to the move. Since they couldn't fit everything into the truck, they sent another truck to pick up my paintings and delivered that a little later that day, which actually worked out better.
I liked having a dedicated team to moving my valuables.

The Move Connection were awesome! Great service. They showed up when scheduled and got down to business. They were careful with everything, no tossing things around. Bobby and Jesse are top notch. They even moved some things around for me as it's difficult to know where to put things in a new home. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!!
