Scam. The upfront documentation states get paid today. Then it also says payment in advance. Then when I get an offer, they say they have to find an appropriate booking first and then they will pay me for the miles used and I was like wait so you are not going to pay in advance like it states and then they come back with this might take up to eight weeks. Such fault advertising to say paid today and all payments are made in advance which none of that is true. I would stay far away.

Went to sell my unused miles and got a quote. I was going to accept once my info was reviewed, it was reviewed and came back with totally different terms. No upfront payment and they gave me no reasoning other than “after looking at my account”. I wrote back explaining I would like a reason and it was shady the terms changed . I was told they don’t have to give me another reason and they’ll be happy to cancel. Terrible CS and false advertising.
