We had a great stay at the Mercury Hotel. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just steps from Commercial Street, which made exploring so easy. The staff was warm and welcoming, and it was clear they cared about making sure we had a good stay. The rooftop views are impressive, especially in the fall when you can see the changing colors all around. For a relaxing weekend in Provincetown, this hotel was the perfect choice.

What a stunning boutique hotel. From the moment we arrive our host ( David ) made us feel so comfortable and welcome. He really is an asset to your property. Warm, charming and so informative about not only the hotel but the wider P-Town such as the best coffee, best Seafood , great bars not to mention the Portuguese bakery. ||P-town was quite the most fabulous place that was made even better by staying at your beautiful hotel and hosted by the wonderful David. ||Thank you so much.||Will & June from not so sunny Scotland. I went for a fall week getaway with my sister and her baby at the Mercury Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Location was amazing. Right off Commercial Street, so we were close to everything and it was easy to get everywhere with the stroller. The service was amazing, David and Marc both greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time, and we even got recommendations and coffee vouchers to the coffee place down the street! The rooftop was a favorite for us, and I loved reading up there with the amazing views and sun. definitely recommend.

A comfortable, inviting hotel in an ideal location with kind, welcoming staff ready to help you while also respecting your privacy. I stayed two different times in different rooms. Both had comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with robes, small refrigerators, complimentary water bottles and logo totes. Check out the uppermost roof deck with its views of nearby rooftops and the sparkling waters of the harbor beyond and in another direction, the Pilgrim Monument. It is a great spot to sit or lounge under the stars, at sunset, and in the morning. The back patios are lovely too.

Prior to check in I received multiple communications explaining the contact-less check in procedures. The morning of, I received the “key” to get into the main entrance and our room. |I also had communication via messaging asking what time our arrival was and a little back and forth about traffic coming in from North of Boston. |When were arrived, our room was perfectly in order. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. There were reusable water bottles, a shopping tote bag and comfy robes for us to use. Plus there were coffee vouchers for Joe’s down at the end of the street for both morning coffees. The attention to the small details were impressive. Our room was a queen economy and it was small but just fine for us. |In the lobby, there are comfy couches and seating with a ton of books. There is a coffee station and water station there 24hrs. There a rooftop deck with some great views and cozy seating along with multiple other seating areas on the second floor deck. |The hotel is located very close to all the downtown shops/restaurants/landmarks. We walked everywhere! |Totally recommend Mercury Hotel!

Probably the worst place to stay in Provincetown. The walls are so thin that you can hear normal-volume speaking from the next room or the hallway, not to mention stomping overhead. The whole building has no staff after that so you are really stuck if you room key doesn't work or you need anything at all. The place is frumpy and kind of gross. This used to be independently owned and it was great then when the owners were on site to keep thins up, but it recently was bought by a corporation and its mess now. If you're thinking, 'but its cheap' just remember you get what you pay for.

My partner and I had such a lovely time staying here! From the moment we walked in, David was so friendly and welcoming. We loved how cozy our room was, and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the thoughtful 'small touches' that made us feel at home. I really enjoyed catching the morning sun on the rooftop deck with a nice coffee from Joe's. The location is fantastic – about ten minutes' walk from the ferry dock, very close to a fabulous bike rental shop for exploring the seashore, and of course right off Commercial Street. We'll definitely be coming back to the Mercury the next time we're in Ptown!

Have been staying here for the past 3 years and have never had a bad stay. Great rooms, very affordable, amazing location, very friendly staff, and a lot of common areas to hang out at. Highly recommend either peak or off season!
