Living at The Marston by Windsor was a great experience. The management team is very responsive, and any maintenance requests are resolved quickly and professionally. The location is ideal—just a short walk to downtown Redwood City, Caltrain, and bus lines. The building is extremely clean, the amenities are excellent, and the apartments are impressively well-insulated—you never hear your neighbors. It’s a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to live. Highly recommend!

Lived here for one year. The management team has a good reputation in the Bay Area and indeed does a perfect job. Maintenance team responds fast and takes care of the building pretty well. Also there is nothing to complain about the apartment itself. The move out was smooth and there wasn’t unreasonable charge. I would definitely come back if the rent drops a bit😂

Really friendly office, great location and fun amenities. The infinity pool on the roof is appealing and I look forward to future bbqs here. I was very impressed by the responses from the leasing team. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, friendly and got back to me quickly. Looking forward to moving in and my future home!

We chose The Marston because of its great location and glowing reviews — and we couldn’t have made a better decision! From the moment we arrived, Nassira went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care gave us an incredible introduction to the community. Thanks to her, we felt right at home from day one. We’re truly grateful and couldn’t be happier! We even got a lovely card and a little bottle of prosecco to celebrate!

I lived here for over an year between 2022-2023 and, I can tell you the people who manage it are downright snobs. Their concern for you ends on the day you sign the lease. For anything you go to them afterwards the answer is sorry they can't do it. When we were negotiating the lease at the end of our term to extend it, they charged us a late fee of 80 dollars in the middle of our negotiation citing it as "our fault". There are no community events unlike the new buildings and they want you buying coffee from Coupa so no coffee machines either. The gyms do not have cleaning wipes until you email them to replace especially on the weekends. The least I liked was their staff. The most arrogant people you cannot deal with. I lived in another apartment after I moved out and I can see the difference between the two staffs like night and day. Customer service means helping the customer, not just putting your hands up in the air everytime there is a problem and crying we can't help. Yes there are good things like the neighborhood is great and apartments are large and have great sunlight, that's why we lived here in the first place and that's it.

Also during rains:
The garage gets flooded with some rain and there is no compensation when your vehicle is damaged. Forget that, there were senior citizens stuck on upper floors when for a couple of days the elevators were stuck during rains and you guessed it by now, no apology or support from these guys only the neighbors helped each other.

They deserve 2.5 rating at maximum and I sincerely hope you make better decisions than us in choosing to live here.

My wife and I have just renewed our lease, as we are having an amazing experience at The Marston. Huge shout out to Kristen and Nassira from the leasing office, and Kevin from the maintenance team. Friendly, kind, thoughtful, and quick problem solvers make this community a great place to live. We had a previous experience at a different property in Mountain View managed by Brookfield, and The Marston feels like a different planet. Thank you Kristen, Nassira, Kevin, and team -- five stars on our book!

We recently toured this apartment complex and wanted to share our impressions-
The self-guided tour was well-mapped, making it easy to explore the property at our own pace.
The management staff is patient and cooperative. The apartments feature modern finishes and well-maintained amenities. Overall, it is an excellent option for a comfortable living experience in RWC. The Marston apartments were a no-brainer for us as our next home.

I just recently moved in and really love it here! I remember a few years back when I was scouting out apartments for the area I originally noticed this apartment complex and the first thing that caught my eye was the "Simply Live" in neon lights by the entrance. I ended up going to another apartment at that time due to location to where I was working at the time but now I work nearby in the city so chose to stay here.

The new Property manager Robert has been great and followed up with me shortly after I moved in to make sure everything was good with the unit. I was really impressed by the team's overall professionalism and how smooth everything went with my moving in. And both Anjelica ( Leasing Consultant ) and Angela (Assistant Manager ) have been really wonderful in helping me with any issues I did have during the process to move in and after. Everyone has been so friendly and easy to work and so that really makes the process so much better.

The apartment itself has been really nice especially with the amazing views and also from the top area lounge! I like how the washer and dryer make a little tune when you turn the power on, and there is a automatic blind opener/closer that is really easy and intuitive to use. The apartment complex itself is very close to walking distance of most downtown area shopping, restaurants and services, transportation.

Overall I am really enjoying everything about the new place so far! Thanks for making the move-in process so smooth. I'm looking forward to staying here.

Update- 8/10. I wanted to update this as I recently unfortunately had a living change event and so will need to move unfortunately at the end of the month. But this Apartment has by far been my favorite Apartment in the bay area during my time out here!

I am really going to miss the amazing, breathtaking views of the city, and the short distances to anything you would want or need in the city or nearby. The Property manager Robert has been awesome for if anything came up or I had any issues during my time here, and he has been really helpful during the process.

Angela has also been really great as well if I ever had a question or wanted clarification about something and Anjelica helped me out during my move in and getting everything coordinated. Overall the team here is just so friendly, respectful and professional and the whole experience being here has just been so positive for me.

I hope you too can choose this location as your new home too, I am sure you will also appreciate the many great things I have as well during my time here!
