Bob, the manager, was one of the best parts of the entire wedding planning process. He is SO accommodating, so pleasant to deal with and literally responded to my MANY emails within mere MINUTES of me sending them. Every. Single. Time. He is truly amazing and my husband and I would constantly say to each other “We love Bob.”

The Mansion itself is one of the most affordable venues we found to work with. They offer a “complete wedding package” that comes with a DJ, photographer, limo, cake and flowers, which is what we ended up going with (plus we added on a few upgrades/opted out of the transportation). Beyond that, Bob is also extremely flexible. We had a Sunday brunch wedding, which is something he typically doesn’t offer, but he was willing to work with us on. Our ceremony started at 10:30 am, with the reception from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm. We were able to choose from a variety of traditional brunch foods, but also added a lot of hot dishes, a carving station, extra desserts, exit stations, etc. We had SO MUCH food and everyone raved about how delicious it all was. Overall, you get a lot of bang for your buck and we’ve been complimented left and right about how wonderful everything turned out.

On the day of our wedding (May 19, 2024), Ann Marie was our maitre’d and Camille was our bridal attendant. Both were fantastic and catered to our every need. All in all, you are in SUCH GOOD hands and I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Our wedding was the most amazing experience ever! Not only is The Mansion at West Sayville a beautiful and quaint location to be married, but the staff and management are excellent bar none. Bob, the manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and made himself available to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. The day of the wedding the Maitre D’, Anne Marie, and bridal attendant Camille were so comforting and helped ease every transition. They were so attentive to every detail and allowed my husband and I to relax and just enjoy the experience. All of the staff were friendly, and super helpful. We could not have asked for a better day and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to book a wedding at a reasonable price in a beautiful location.

My husband and I just got married here on Saturday 11/2 and I can’t even begin to put into words how incredible it was. The whole experience from day one was fantastic, working with Bob was great he was easy to get in touch with and he did the most to make our day so special. The grounds are absolutely breath taking & the food!!!! INCREDIBLE our guests are still texting us about how incredible the food was. Next was the staff, they were attentive, helpful & over all just amazing. We had Ann Marie as our matre de and I cannot say enough good things about her, first off I had ALOT of decor and they made my vision come to life everything was perfect! Ann Marie was beyond helpful the entire night she was constantly checking in with us, made the night run so smooth & made sure our drinks were never close to empty. Camille was our bridal attendant she was fantastic as well, very attentive, had a whole spread of cocktail hour food up in the bridal suite after the ceremony for us. This place is WONDERFUL Bob and his staff are amazing we would do it all over again if we could. If your interested in having your special moments here you CANNOT go wrong I cannot reccomend it enough. Our day was so perfect and it started here. So thankyou all for all you’ve done for us!

My husband and I just got married here on 10/28/23 and WOW! We are blown away by the experience we had. From the first appointment to the day of, I was so impressed with everything. Bob the General Manager is so awesome and easy to work with. He did not lie when he said he has one of the best chefs on LI because OMG the food was unreal. Our guests are still raving about it! Bob is extremely responsive, generous, and fun to work with. The entire staff at the venue receives an A++++ from us and our guests. They were working their butts off and nobody was ever left with an empty drink. 10/10 for everything. I wish I could go back there all the time and relive my wedding night! We are so thankful for them and I will be recommending this venue to every future bride I know!

Even if I tried, I could think of one negative thing to say about this venue. Bob was an absolute dream to work with. He answers emails right away and is so accommodating in every aspect (and trust me, I asked him a million questions throughout the planning process!) Anne Marie (maître d') was on the ball with everything and kept the entire day running beyond smoothly. Camille (bridal attendant) was the sweetest. It was like having a mama bear take care of you all night. The staff was amazing-set up all the decor I provided perfectly. Everyone raved about the food and said the drinks were great as well. 10/10 recommend!!

Our wedding at the Mansion at West Sayville was everything we ever dreamed it would be. The venue itself is so beautiful, and is spacious yet intimate. We had 101 guests and it was the perfect size for everyone to party comfortably. Working with the team at the venue was a breeze: Bob was easy to get in touch with and always answered all of our emails in a very timely manner; Ann Marie ran the day of spectacularly and made sure everything went smoothly; Camille the bridal attendant was so sweet and attentive and always made sure we had food and drinks in hand; all of the wait staff and bartenders were top notch and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding. Definitely recommend everyone to have their wedding here, you will be so happy!
