The Majestic Oaks was a magical venue for our wedding day! We loved every minute of it! We had a packed crowd, but their staff made it possible for it to be smooth sailing the whole way through and no stress at all! There were multiple ceremony locations was so neat, and they had a gorgeous bridal suite! My husband and his groomsmen always loved the groom suite! It was nice for the guys to have a place that was just as fun. What I really loved (besides everything!!) was to be able to create the reception room of our dreams, since the reception hall is a blank slate. I wish I could relive the day all over again. It was absolutely beautiful thanks to Karen and her amazing team!! 🤍✨

We recently got married on 4/23/2022 and are SO happy we chose The Majestic Oaks as such an important vendor to our day! The Majestic Oaks is so much more than a venue to us. Our day truly would not have been the perfect day that it was, without them. They went above and beyond for us from the first day that we inquired all the way until post-wedding day, making sure every question was answered, reaching out to coordinate last minute details with vendors and even timeline creation. Truly a blessing from god as a bride who planned the entire wedding herself.

Our wedding was a destination wedding for our guests from Michigan and they are still talking about it! It was the perfect distance from the beach so everyone was able to make a vacation out of it. We had around 100 guests and the venue fit everyone very comfortably. The best part is that you can use virtually any part of the property to make your day whatever you want it to be! We choose to have our ceremony under the Aisle of Jasmine, which happened to be blooming in April, and WOW. We still have no words to describe how amazing and beautiful it turned out. We both agree that the ceremony is something we will never, ever, forget.

Our experience at The Majestic Oaks was truly wonderful! My husband found the venue during the opening launch (before it was officially open to the public), and we got to coordinate with the team for a little over a year to plan our wedding on April 17, 2021. The Majestic Oaks team was super friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and connected us with some amazing vendors from their preferred list. The venue is GORGEOUS and our wedding genuinely felt like a dream come true. The Bride & Groom suites are AMAZING. It's not very often that venues accommodate both the Bride & Groom, so we loved the equality. The grand staircase and loft area gave a lounge space for guests, and added a unique touch to the venue. Even with the surprise rainstorm during our wedding, the Majestic Oaks team was able to quickly problem solve and served all our guests through a mobile app. The Majestic Oaks team personally delivered each guest's order directly from the outside food truck to their table, and we had over 150 guests!! I couldn't have imagined a better wedding day! I highly recommend The Majestic Oaks venue to any new brides looking for a magical wedding venue. I truly felt like a princess, and my husband and I were both highly impressed.

I've been married a little over one month and I think about my wedding every day since me and my husband said "I do" at the Majestic Oaks and smile. Our experience with The Majestic Oaks was pretty much perfect. From the moment we toured, we were sold. The venue space totally speaks for itself but the best part of getting married here is the team that you will work with. Karen and the whole Majestic Oaks team are on another level of professionalism.

Throughout the planning process, Karen displayed attention to detail and reminded me of things that I may have never thought about that helped make our day come together seamlessly and beautifully and I will forever be grateful for her throughout this process. I couldn't of done it without her!

The day of our wedding was a dream. We had planned on getting married outside but the weather had other plans. Before we decided to move the ceremony inside, the team at the Majestic Oaks were cleaning off wet chairs and going above and beyond to make sure the weather didn't mess anything up too much. Though, we ended up having to flip the ceremony inside, it was ok!! To see the hard work that went in to moving everything indoors and still be incredibly gorgeous meant the world to me. Time stood still when I married my sweet groom 🙂 Please view the pictures attached - the Majestic Oaks team made sure our ceremony was gorgeous even if it wasn't the original plan!

Our reception was SO. MUCH. FUN! The Majestic Oaks reception hall is large and gives you, your family and friends plenty of space to dance the night away and have a blast!

My husband and I have been married a month exactly today and constantly talk about our experience at The Majestic Oaks. The minute we stepped into the room, we were sold. I could not see ourselves getting married anywhere else. The venue provides many options for the ceremony to take place and the reception area is absolutely STUNNING.

The Majestic Oaks team is very professional and Karen Hornsby is incredibly detailed-oriented, so you will not miss a thing. Karen was our day-of coordinator and was great at offering suggestions and ensured my day ran smoothly. She is very responsive and answered every question I had. Karen also took on the responsibility and contacted each vendor and made them aware of our timeline and to have plenty of time to arrive since the Iron Man happened the same day as our wedding. I truly could not have done this on my own!

The whole team at The Majestic Oaks made sure I was taken care of and that I didn't worry about anything, and let me tell you, I was stress-free! I couldn't even tell you what they did to make the day go as smoothly as it did because of how much I didn't stress about anything. I know they did a lot behind the scenes that I don't know about and I appreciate them so much!

We utilized almost the whole property and had plenty of room for our guests. The reception area is huge and beautiful, and can fit your 150+ guests, as it did mine. The day was perfect, the team is incredible, and I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to make our dream come to life. I couldn't have asked for a better day! Don't even question it, BOOK the venue!
