I had scheduled a Landline trip from DIA to Fort Collins through United airlines after flying into Denver. However, my plane was late by five hours and United rescheduled me for a shuttle, leaving at 5 PM. There is another shuttle, leaving at 3:45 PM, but was not on the United schedule. I scheduled the 3:45 PM trip directly with Landline, because I didn’t wanna wait hours for the next bus arranged by United. Landline refused to reimburse me for the trip because it had been scheduled through United Airlines. I’m sure that Landline was getting paid by United and I paid a second time. So basically it appears that Landline is getting paid twice for only one trip. So I would caution you to be very careful when you schedule a trip directly with Landline, or with United airlines. They are not helpful in resolving the issue.

We had a great experience with Landline. Very convenient to roll our carry on bags 6 blocks to the CSU campus for a 2 week European vacation. W e did have to wait 50 minutes for the return bus at the end of the trip, but what a relief to not drive after 2 long flights home. The thought did occur as to what we might do if our flight was delayed and we missed the last bus to FoCo, but of course the back up plan would have been Uber ($100ish). We won’t hesitate to use Landline next trip.

Used Landline for this trip where I flew into Denver and traveled to Fort Collins area. The site is very clear and easy to understand. It was easy to book a shuttle and there were convenient times. I have used competitors in the past, but after this experience with Landline I will use them from now on. They were less expensive from what I am usually charged. Further, they are clean, spacious, there is WIFI and there are power outlets and even a bathroom on board. I did not feel cramped and the seat was super comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It felt like a luxury ride at an affordable price.

Always excellent. Buses are much nicer and less crowded than Groome. Almost empty honestly. Hope they don’t retract service for this route. Much more direct and faster than Groome. Always feel like I can get work done on the shuttle.

Don't be fooled by this "service" that offers flights out of FoCo/Loveland. It's literally a shuttle to DIA from the Loveland airport. They aren't marketing that way. There's no benefit to you unless you live right by the Loveland airport. Otherwise, save your money and take a shuttle that picks you up at home and drives you directly to DIA for nearly the same price (and you get to leave your car at home).
