Katisha is an amazing decorator and event planner. She helped us plan and bring our vision for our daughter's secret garden birthday party theme to life. She is meticulous in planning the event and spoke with us multiple times at length to ensure everything was coordinated and accounted for. She is very responsive over the phone, text and email. Ms. Kitisha did my wedding on July 29 2023 and when I tell you her service was outstanding I mean exactly that. I didn’t have to worry about a thing she had it under control. She made my big day effortless. I was able to just relax and enjoy the day. Her designs of the decor was beautiful. I absolutely loved everything. I highly recommend you chose her.

A M A Z I N G! Exactly what I needed for my wedding. Katisha was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the vision come together. Any issues that came about (even day of) she knew the perfect solution. Day of my wedding was nothing to worry about. I needed her creativity, professionalism, personable personality to get me there stress free. I also appreciated her availability and responsiveness which makes this so much smoother. I am deeply saddened that we did not have even a mediocre experience with Katisha and The Kreative Firm for my daughter's wedding. The lack of communication was astounding throughout the entire process. I tried to look past all of the mishaps which began at day one with a contract that was not even completed properly (most fields were left blank). She continuously promised to do things but never fell through and when we questioned her about them she always had multiple excuses. It was honestly too much of a nightmare to revisit here in this review but my bottom line recommendation is do not use them for wedding planning. Had I not hired an independent decorator who stepped in to help me along the way (which was not her job), I would have been lost!

I do want to give credit to Emili for the great job she did coordinating the wedding day. She was thrown into our event at the very last minute, was supposed to have another coordinator helping her but did not, and she still worked very hard to be sure everything went smoothly.
