Fun place. Food is pretty good. I went with my office at the end of Tax season. I enjoyed it enough I thought it would be a great place to have a send off to basic training and 18th bday party for my son. I was told because he wasn't 18, a week short....he wouldn't be able to throw. Later found out, he already had thrown at a high school party. Then learned several schools nearby have their Senior All Night Party there. No chance 100% of graduating seniors are 18. Too bad , their loss. Other places in the area allow axe throwing at age 14.

We went on a Saturday around 7ish. Perfect amount of people. 8pm it was a full house. So if you're not big on crowds earlier the better. Our waitress was excellent. Chicken tenders were amazing. We did the axe throwing. It's been upgraded since I was here last. It's digitized so there are different games instead of just throwing at the red and white target. I believe our Axe-perteer was John. Cool dude, very informative, and helps with tips throughout the games. Also nee is the top golf sim but I didn't get to check it out. I heard it's not like the top golf games. It's more sim with real golf courses.

The Hub has a multitude of reviews so mine isn't going to break any new ground but I'll touch on a few things anyways. First they poured alot of money into the place making it look very nice. Everything looks new and high-end. The space itself is huge as you might have guessed from the exterior. Staff is friendly and attentive. The bar is well stocked and they have these crazy glasses that fill up from the bottom. Sure it's gimmicky but fun nonetheless. The food is typical bar food, nothing ground breaking but it's good and competitively priced. Now the axe throwing did come with a caveat. You have to be 18 or over. While I'm sure this is because of a insurance liability it was still a let down as I had my 16 year old daughter with me. Granted she did (atleast pretend) to have fun just watching. Just keep this in mind when planning a visit. We didn't try football bowling but the people seemed to be having a blast playing it. Overall, despite the previously mentioned age limitation, our group had a fun night.

Nothing brings out your inner Paul bunion like a few beers ? mixed with axe throwing!
We ordered a thick crust and hand tossed style pizza on this occasion. Which both I can highly recommend. Also put this spot on your radar if you need a location for an event. The golf simulator and fowling make for an engaging night out.

First timers and we will definitely be back! I wish there was more places like this in Grand Rapids or Lansing. Virtual golf, football bowling (actually so fun) and axe throwing. Food was amazing and drinks were good too, prices were reasonable for a fun night out with friends. Highly recommend!

I attended an event that UWM/UMortgage hosted. The first day after all the training, they treated us to a night of dinner, drinks, and fun. Very cool place. You have several games to pick from to play. I love axe throwing and enjoying the competition. You can also golf or bombowl (throwing a football at large bowling pins to knock them down). They have a well stocked bar and excellent bartenders. Their waitstaff was great. I look forward to coming back. Keep up the good work.
