The Hotel Hot Springs is a beautiful building in downtown Hot Springs, located within blocks of numerous restaurants, shops, and historical locations. It has a large grand ballroom and many smaller rooms with an adjoining convention center. My shower did not drain, and they had someone there within minutes to unclog it, and then it worked perfectly. The dining room is reasonably priced, and the quesadilla quite tasty and stuffed with cheese and chicken. The mattresses were medium firm. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the bell hops and valet parking staff. Will definitely be back.

Staff is sweet! Restaurant and bar is great. Our server was a guy from Ireland. He was super nice. Rooms were really nice. Beds are really comfortable. Free valet for handicap! I like the fact if you don't want to leave the Hotel, you don't have too. Everything is here!

Comfy beds, delish breakfast, coffee for every taste (even a cold coffee machine!) safe area, safe parking garage, clean rooms, pretty reception area, beautiful (local?) art hanging in the lobby. Staff was all fantastic--Hope and Angie were on it with helpful information and a warm smile. Robbin is the nicest valet and bellman ever, and he deserves alllllll the tips you give him! He went above and beyond. One slight issue with our plumbing but when I called down to the front, Angie said she'd send someone and not 10 minutes later the issue was fixed! Great customer service from all employees, clean rooms, sweetest housekeeping staff, and I'm just thrilled with this little gem we found! I Will definitely be back.

We stayed in a king suite for the weekend. The room was a little smaller than I thought a suite would be, however, it was still plenty spacious and had a great view. I wish there was more lighting and outlets accessible to both sides of the bed. The bed was a standard hotel bed: comfortable, a little more firm than you really want, and pillows a little more soft than you want, but overall it was a great room for the price. The hotel bar had $5 domestic beer, which was great for a hotel bar.

The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. I slept amazing. But the best thing that happened- I left my kindle in the room and didnt realize it until several hours after I left. I called the next morning and it had been turned in to lost and found. I'm so very thankful for honest housekeeping.

Holy cow. How can this be a 2 star hotel? Excellent rooms (!) As near perfect as they come. Location - 100% excellent. Parking is so-so... not great. Internet connection was FAST! Walking distance to historical downtown is like a 5 min walk. I wish all hotels were like this!

This hotel had everything we were looking for.. location is perfect.. nice room - older but remodeled - the bed was super comfortable. Good breakfast buffet and bar/restaurant area. Very reasonable prices! Would stay there again!

I don't understand why this is a "2 star" hotel. The rooms were really nice and the location is perfect if you just want to walk down the main strip. Breakfast was really good for being free but my only gripe is there was no waffle maker which is obviously minor.. staff were all really friendly, elevators were nice and fast. They have a very small parking lot next to the building that fills up fast but there is a free parking garage like 20-30 yards away, so it's not far. I did also like that the rooms had luxury vinyl tile instead of carpet. Overall great hotel!
