the haunt ghost tour was the highlight of my trip to solvang last week! ash was an amazing tour guide! she was very funny and made learning the town’s history very fun and interesting! this tour incorporates solvang’s history with a hands on ghost hunting investigation! it was so cool to use the ghost hunting tools that i see on my favorite shows like ghost adventures. we had the opportunity to use dowsing rods, EMF readers, and spirit boxes to communicate with the ghosts. i highly recommend going on this tour with ash! this tour is perfect for anyone who loves the paranormal or anyone who wants to learn more about solvang in a memorable and unique way!

Traveling through Solvang and looking for things to do we came across the Haunt Ghost tour. We were not exactly sure what the tour was going to be like, but decided to give it a try. Ash was our guide and was amazing providing us history, information, humor, and of course ghost stories as we walked the streets of Solvang. The tour also included using ghost hunting tools which our daughter recognized from playing Phasmophobia and which added to the experience. All in all a very fun way to walk around town in the early evening once most places are closed for the day. It was a little chilly so at least a light jacket was needed, maybe more so check evening temperatures before you head out. We all had a great time.

We stopped here for this tour specifically and it was worth it. John was great and entertaining and we learned all about Solvang. We are going to spend an extra day here to see all the stuff we learned about in the light of day.

I had no idea what spooky history there could possibly be in Solvang. Haunted pretzels?! But we thought it would be silly and a nice way to see Solvang at night time so we booked our tour. John was a great tour guide. Something I liked is that it became apparent pretty quickly that the hosts actually believe in ghosts, which makes it a lot less like the hokey production I expected and more like people sharing stories. It felt really earnest!

While the tour is definitely upbeat overall, we did cover some really tragic history for a moment in our tour. I liked very much that we had a moment of silence for those victims. I really dislike when spooky stuff makes a show of people’s misfortune and lacks empathy towards what they went through, so I really appreciated that.

John was great. Tour was great. Using all the ghost hunting doodads was very fun. Book it! You’ll like it!

A Spooky, Time-Bending Blast

I recently went on the True Crime Tour in Hollywood hosted by Trevor, and it was an absolute blast! The mix of spooky stories, historical twists, and time-traveling vibes made for such a unique experience. Trevor was an incredible guide—fun, super knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the strange and fascinating history of the area. I had such a great time, and I’m already looking forward to doing it again. Highly recommend if you're into eerie tales, Hollywood history, or just looking for something different and entertaining!

If you make a trip out to Solvang, please do this ghost tour!! While we didn’t get that much activity, as someone who used to watch Ghost Adventures religiously, it was still pretty fun. John was awesome! He kept it funny while delivering some interesting and dark facts about the town. Would recommend

John was an excellent guide! I went for a birthday trip and this tour of haunted areas in Solvang was better than I could have imagined. I appreciate the opportunity I had to use a multitude of ghost hunting equipment, along with my own spirit box apps. We had a lot of fun on this tour, I would recommend John as a host for anyone who wants to have a good laugh with the spirits!

This is one of the best ghost tours I have expected. Ryan made the tour so entertaining and really dove into the history for these spooky events. I absolutely loved how interactive he was with our group. I would definitely do this again when I come back. I'll be booking with them again for Temecula. Thank you Ryan for helping make our trip spectacular!!
