A very special thank you to the owners operators at The Garden Ballroom, Lorraine, Alfredo and staff. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have entrusted you for this very special day. I picked an all inclusive wedding package at this venue and when I say all I had to do was show up, that was it! In 7 months she pulled off the perfect wedding for Grant and I and our guest to enjoy stress free. They are professional, beyond what I expected because honestly I didn’t know what to expect. From tasting, to picking decor, Photo Booth, DJ, to coordinating everything from top to bottom I never had to worry. My guest could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. TLDR: This Lorraine, Alfredo, and the staff are gems. You will not find a more caring and detail oriented coordinator. The catering was great & accommodating. The DJ was fantastic and got all my guests dancing through the night.

Lorraine & Staff
When I found The Garden Ballroom, I knew it was the venue for us. Both my new husband & I work a lot of hours, and didn’t have much time during the week to plan our wedding. We used their all inclusive package, it made planning a breeze. We found that Lorraine was very accommodating to us, as we had a few hiccups since we were planning from afar. We drove for two hours to do the important meetings in person, and a few on the phone. Day of the wedding, it was easy to kick back and trust the Garden Ballroom had it under control. If there was ever a problem, I had no idea. All my guests loved the venue and had wonderful things to say. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites around the corner, and it made it so easy! I cannot say enough nice things about both Lorraine, Alfredo, and the staff at The Garden Ballroom. Everyone we worked with was so kind and wonderful to speak with. My guests spoke highly of the venue and staff as well. The venue itself was beautiful and charming. There are so many options for decorations, Lorraine will be able to capture your vision. I scrolled through their Instagram, and sent them DM's when I liked something in particular. Be sure to follow them and watch their stories & posts if you book! You won't be disappointed booking at this venue. While the building itself doesn't have its own parking lot, there is ample parking nearby. None of my guests had a problem.

Catering
The Catering was good! We selected for the Italian Menu, as we knew it would be a crowd pleaser. During the tasting we provided some feedback, and it was resolved. Catering was also able to accommodate our vegetarian guests by making sure the meatballs were on the side; which was a big deal to us. I know not all catering companies will do alterations, so it was nice to have it. We also had a gluten free guest, and I was happy to hear that I could order her a special plate. She gave it a 10/10 too! The food was delicious and I was hearing compliments from everyone.

DJ
For our DJ, we had Carlos. We were not sure if any of our guests were going to get on the dance floor. So we told him to go with the flow. We also bought some LED foam light sticks. Carlos did a fantastic job! We had people up on the dance floor the whole time. My guests loved the music selection. Being able to share songs from a Spotify playlist made sending our song selections so easy.

Working with Lorraine and Alfredo has been nothing but magical! From the moment you step into their office, they make you feel like family. I feel so blessed to have been able to work with them and host my baby shower there. Not only is the venue one of a kind but it truly captivates a cozy and elegant setting for any celebration! They are really a one stop shop offering all services needed to make your day special. Planning was a breeze and they bring to life what you envision from beginning to end. I honestly can’t stop raving about them. You won’t regret choosing them to celebrate any occasion. Where do i start?
We had our wedding event here and can i just say Lorraine and her husband made our wedding day the most special day. From decorations being exactly what i wanted to the amazing DJ, and tasty food and cake. I recommend this venue to anyone!!!! Lorraine and her husband strive to make sure everything is how you want it, organized and perfect. I am so thankful to have met this wonderful couple thank you guys! ❤️

I couldn’t end our anniversary without mentioning a really special place and some really special people. When we got married 2 years ago at The Garden Ballroom we were blessed with the best wedding planner ever, Lorraine. Because of how busy business was at the time, my husband planned the entire wedding with Lorraine. It was the most MAGICAL day and ambiance. And it truly felt like a fairytale 🥹 For many reasons, this baby shower was super special to our family of 3 in honor of our new edition. BUT IT ALSO happened to fall on our wedding day weekend! This same weekend 2 years ago we got married at this same venue. It was only right to be back here for all that we were celebrating. Not only did Lorraine & her husband Alfredo master our “Here Comes the Son 🌞” theme, THEY GIFTED US THE SWEETEST Anniversary Presents EVER 🥹 They gifted us a WEDDING ALBUM & recreated our original Cake Topper 😍😍😍 Looking at the photos in this album brought me to tears and there were some that I completely forgot about or hadn’t seen in 2 years! I cried yall. And I never cry lol Thank you guys for being the sweetest ever. My whole heart was completed and made at our shower 🙏🏾❤️

As a traveling photographer, I have shot dozens of weddings, coast to coast. I've worked in every sort of venue possible, with tons of venue owners and coordinators. Alfredo and Lorraine are such gems. First of all, the space is gorgeous and unique. The lighting was amazing, tons of asethetic options, impeccably clean and decorated.

Every time I looked around, Lorraine and Alfredo for personally doing all they could to make sure things were taken care of. As a vendor that has been treated poorly, or completely ignored, a few times along the way...they were so wonderful and helpful and supportive of me and my photo timeline all evening.

I cannot wait to share the couples images from this stunning venue, and I will recommend them to any of my couples seeking a Florida venue and team ❤️

Lorraine and her team are the utmost professional wedding event coordinators and we couldn't be more happy with the turnout of our Nov. 10th wedding we just had at The Garden Ballroom. From the communication, to the detailed meetings we had with Lorraine every step of the way to ensure our wedding went as planned - was very well coordinated on her behalf. The all inclusive package worked out very well for us and was well within our budget for the number of guests we had in attendance. We received so many compliments from our guests from the ceremony decor to the cocktail hour and reception. Thank you Lorraine and team for your hard work and efforts you put forth for our wedding. And to know when Lorraine told us she was honored that we were her very first same-sex male couple to have a wedding at her venue, was icing on the cake.
