We hired the Fun Dept. as keynote speakers at our Rotary District Conference. Their presentation "Fun on Purpose" gave us so many laughs, as well as ideas for how to make our organizations more fun and attractive, whether that's our Rotary clubs, our businesses, workplaces, or anything else. The fun dept. delivers with their "Fun On Purpose" workshop. Our team was engaged from start to finish and walked away with 8 or more activities created by our teams using the fun dept.'s practiced based model and methodology. The Shared Experience and Play Personality were particularly insightful and helpful in the process. The workshop culminated with a pitch competition that was not only highly entertaining but practical as our teams took pride and ownership in developing their values-based activities.

The fun dept. helped to make our annual offsite the best ever while providing actionable takeaways for sustainable fun in the year ahead. Keep up the great work and continuing to bring the FUN!

If you're looking for a great time, choose the Fun Dept! They made such a difference in employee engagement, and I cannot imagine what our event would have been like without them. From emceeing the event to coordinating fun games, they were able to get everyone out of their shell, while we all learned a little more about each other and had fun along the way! We had Nick Gianoulis and Chris Bruce at a recent event for a Keynote Presentation on how to have fun on purpose and it was electric! It was interactive in a way that didn't make anyone uncomfortable, kept everyone laughing and engaged the entire time, and will surely be one of those sessions that is talked about for years to come.
