Tracy Sanchez with The Event Planner was an amazing wedding coordinator! She met periodically with my daughter (the bride) and systematically worked through every single detail to make sure her wedding was not only organized but stress free which is exactly what you want during this special time.
Tracy also made sure our family and the wedding party was taken care of during the actual wedding. We were given a detailed schedule of the day so we knew exactly where to be and what time. She was firm, polite, and professional and always put the brides desires at the center of any decisions that needed to be made.
I would highly recommend Tracy for anyone looking for someone to help them plan and organize their wedding. She helped make it a perfect day for my daughter!

Carlee with The Event Planner did an absolutely superb job planning our wedding. From the very beginning, she offered extremely helpful suggestions on which vendors to consider, what ultimately proved to be a “dream team” of vendors. Even though we only hired her for partial wedding planning and coordination, there was nothing “partial” about her commitment to our experience! She helped us fulfill our vision completely. We many unique aspects to the wedding, and she took it all in stride.

On the day of the wedding, we had to make some last-minute changes and moved the ceremony indoors due to rain within three hours of the ceremony start. The transition was flawless, and she even managed to have chairs set up for the immediate family and friends to watch the ceremony up close. The day was perfect and magical. She worked closely with the vendors throughout the day, and we as the bride and groom just got to enjoy our special day knowing is being taken care of. We could not be happier with working with Carlee and the Event Planners, and would absolutely recommend them without reservation for your wedding or other event planning. Do yourself a favor, just choose Carlee!

I cannot say enough good things about Carlee and her team! They are an absolute dream to work with! From our first planning meeting, they were knowledgable, dependable, reassuring, and the best advocate. They made communicating to plan a large event seem like a breeze and made sure my vision was executed perfectly. I knew our day would happen without a flaw because of their meticulous planning and attention to detail, and it absolute did! Several of our guests and the wedding party commented that they were blown away with how stress free and smoothly the day went. I cannot recommend them enough, and I cannot imagine our wedding day without them!

We love Carlee! When my husband and I got engaged last year I wasn’t sure who to use to plan our wedding. One our dear friends recommended Carlee! After we got engaged I became very sick and didn’t have as much time to plan and Carlee took care of everything for us and executed it flawlessly! When vendors canceled or things got complicated, Carlee had our backs! I would use Carlee again and again for any events! If you are planning an event this is who you should us!

The Event Planner handled my wedding from start to finish. Tracy was who I worked with specifically, but the entire team of ladies is absolutely fabulous. After going through the stress of getting married, I can't imagine what it would have been like if I hadn't had The Event Planner's help. These ladies flawlessly handled everything from my planning and vendor coordination, to my flowers, design and decor. This is saying a lot because we had a wedding party of 12 people and many vendors. My husband and I had the most perfect wedding day and will forever cherish our relationship with Tracy. If you are looking for help with your wedding or considering hiring someone to help, please consider these ladies, you won't be disappointed. They aren't just about the money and truly want to see you have the best wedding possible. Tracy truly made all of my dreams come true and it was a fairytale wedding.

Tracy was phenomenal!! My sisters wedding was outstanding, she had everything put together and we keep to the schedule as best as possible with such a large group. All the pictures came out excellently and everyone had such an awesome time.
