Enchanted Village is so cute and fun with kids! Unfortunately, my youngest isn't tall enough for the tube ride, so that was the only thing she couldn't do. Otherwise, she had a blast ice skating and REALLY loved the lite show. You do not have to buy tickets ahead of time. The only tickets I do advise ahead of time is the lite show because it's timed and a small theater that has, I think, 30 seats?

Also, everything is cashless.

My kids and I visited The Enchanted Village at Jordan’s Furniture for the first time, and it was such a lovely experience. The light show was mesmerizing, and the reindeer race brought gentle smiles to all our faces.

I had been quietly hoping to see a reindeer for a while, and participating in the race felt like a little hope fulfilled. Surrounded by the laughter of families and the warm energy of the staff, the morning carried a unique sense of peace and joy.

It was more than just an outing—it was a moment of connection and warmth that we’ll carry with us. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy the magic of the season, The Enchanted Village is truly worth a visit.

Thank you, Jordan’s Furniture, for creating such a special and memorable experience.

Took the wife for her first time and we had a great time. Bought the Jordans muffins. Brought me back to my childhood at Jordan Marsh. The only drawback was the exit. Had to go through the whole store on the second floor to exit back to the first floor...hhmmm strategic exit

This is a great place to take kids, but be sure to plan ahead! It was our first time, so I had no idea you had to wait in quite a que (60 mins on a weekend) before entering any of the attractions. We had timed tickets to the laser lite show, so this stressed us out a bit, but we got there early enough that we still made our show.
We enjoyed the laser show very much. It's in a small theater, and was suitable and entertaining for all ages.

We each did the tube ride once due to crowds and long lines, but I have to say, it was really fun.

We also did the ice skating. They do have ice skate rentals but be prepared for another long line.

Keep in mind that each activity is priced out separately, and you can purchase tickets ahead of time to save some aggravation.

There was a small concessions stand, but we didn't end up stopping there. But we did get blueberry muffins! They did live up to their reputation so we were not dissapointed.

I also liked the pictures they take when you first come in (sold separately).

There was free parking but it was so busy we almost didn't find a spot!

Overall, it was a good experience. I think it's really nice that they put this on, and there is some history behind it. Just be sure to plan accordingly!

Fun experience to browse the festive displays. They also have ice skating, a tube ride and a reindeer game. Unfortunately when playing the reindeer game the worker tells me to flip my barcode the other way so he can scan it. Seriously? I know that has nothing to do with how you scan it. Sadly that worker made it a little miserable.

An excellent holiday tradition for Christmas time! The snow falling is a treat along with the fake ice skating, tube slide, and picture with Santa.

I took my daughter's on the weekday, and I highly recommend buying tickets in advance. It was busy but not like the weekends. All the attractions inside the village cost money but you should expect this with any attraction. They only offer two photo packages for Santa ($35 and $45), pay the extra $ 10 dollars, and get the $45 package. The Santa was very friendly towards the kids, which made it a fun experience. I highly recommend the Lite show. It's super cool, and the music is great. The food inside is cheap they offer a combo meal for $8, which includes a hotdog, chips, and soda, so if your little one gets hungry, this option is perfect ! The only complaints I have are about the tube slide and the Reindeer game. I believe the kids should go down more than once (maybe let them go down 3 times ? not just once). For the Reindeer game, why don't you give a small candy cane or a sticker to the kids who don't win the game ? I have seen many young kids cry over losing this game. Overall, this village is fun and you have to take your family at least once.

I wanted to love this experience. I took my 4 and 6 year olds. Based on the activities there, I feel it is better suited for 5+. Be prepared to wait in a lot of lines and be around a LOT of people. Even with purchasing tickets ahead of time, you still wait in line to get in and for the various activities. Not sure I would go again, but it is nice to have so much packed into one place that is indoors. You can visit Santa, 4D polar express movie/ride, laser show and ice skating.
