My husband and I rented The Dunn's out on November 17, 2023, for our wedding/reception. The moment I walked inside, I was very pleased with the setup. It was very clean and the environment was just excellent. The owner Glen was very nice and prompt from beginning to end. He even offered ideas with the setup for our event which was great. When it comes to renting "The Dunn's," you can't go wrong. The price was just right, the location and the customer service received. I will definitely be renting again for any future events. I would not recommend for large parties, no more than 30/40 people, my child's vpk graduation was held there and the tent and chair set up was horrible, the chairs were so close that when someone sat in front of me she sat on my knee, then they only set up 1 tent and the daycare paid for two. It was hot we can't control that but why not place the tent and chairs on the side of the building instead of behind where there was more shade. Outside events should come with fans . What was the point in trying to force everyone though the house just to go back out in the back, parking was not suitable for the amount estimated for <=100 people, they didn't even cut the grass, I don't feel like the event was given 100% respect or attention it deserved why where tables set up with no snacks dinning, they just took up space in the hall making it difficult to move around for pictures. Don't over book for the space you have, I would not recommend large events be held here

We two baby showers here and I enjoyed myself. The place was very clean, well lit and most importantly priced reasonably. He will set up and tear down for you. The back areas was nice, the grounds are well kept and the chairs and tables were sanitized at the end of the gathering. This place is really nice for intimate gatherings. The sanitary measures that this place uses for the guest and the items been rented will put your mind at ease. This husband and wife team is the example of very professional and on time. We didn’t have to wait for the place to be opened! He was on site before and after our party. I really like the overall way this establishment is set up. I’m very detail oriented so to do business with someone who pays attention to detail was refreshing. If your looking for a sanitized, awesome place, then look no further you have found it. I plan to use this place every time I have a personal or professional gathering.

The space was very beautiful and I would rent the space again. The customer service was excellent and the owner was prompted. However, I recommend addressing some issues such as the ice machine must be cleaned out there were black particles attached to the ice, the refrigerator was nasty inside, the paper towel dispenser was empty in the kitchen, and there was no paper towel or tissue plus no
racks in the restroom for the items. My friends had to go purchase paper towels for people to use in the bathroom to dry their hands.

Originally my sister set this up....but working along side of her for an event...I loved the location. The tables and chairs were set. The inside well cleaned and smelled great. Mr. Glenn the owner and his wife were great with allowing the much needed time to set up. He even helped direct traffic during the event. A big plus that they even clean up and they both move quickly. The outside property lovely..kids ran. It was nice and I look forward to hosting there myself.

I went in to talk with the Mr. Glen about an upcoming rental, and his professionalism was most keen. He explained the entire rental process, details about the building's requirements for having an event there, seating and setup options and more. I was pleased to know that they have a concrete patio in the back and tents available if needed. This venue features a HUGE yard space that would be great for any family reunion or cookout! We rented a large tent, tables, and chairs for an outdoor event in our backyard from Glenn at Dunn Events and Entertainment Rentals. He was so professional, set up everything and came back the next day to take everything down in such a timely manner. He was even early! It was such a relief to put trust in a company and have them to a wonderful job. Thank you Glenn and team. We will for sure use your services again for our next gathering!
