I stayed here when everyone in my family got sick and I needed to quarantine with my daughter before her surgery.

It was a scary time and honestly the bright room and awesome sweet staff made the stay soooo much better.

The room was clean and just the right size for my baby and myself (if my husband and son were here they also would have fit just fine.)

It’s the best hotel in the area and definitely better priced than places in Mariana and Quincy!

They have a fridge with a freezer and they even have a fan that you can use! The microwave and fridge were perfect for heating up food and leftovers. The bathroom has shampoo conditioner, and a body wash.

If you forgot a tooth brush or even want more coffee or water or ice you can go to the little room and go grab some (staff will also ask if you need anything and offer to restock)

They were super understanding and flexible when I had to extend my stay or even have an early check in.

Everything I needed, and all I could ask for. Perfect timing. Quality over quantity. Streamline check in with Southern hospitality. Host Maria also served as my guardian angel... no exaggeration. I'm forever grateful. May she be forever blessed!

Found myself in a less than desirable situation, and the host ended up being my saving grace. I was snow stuck and ill prepared, but Maria seemed to have the solution to all my hardships. She attempted to jump my dead car battery, replaced my key battery, and provided snacks...that was just check-in Everything was closed, and all seemed to be working against me. Upon checking out she provided transportation to local autopart store, and ultimately was the means of my escape from the mayhem. She restored my faith in humanity and handled every obstacle with poise. I may forever be indebted to her, but will continue to pay it forward every chance I get. All that being said... the rooms were newly renovated, and appeased all my senses. There was an over all good aura with every amenity to accommodate all my needs. Thank you Calhoun Motorlodge for your contribution to my FL Winter Wonderland experience.

We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed and it was clean and quiet. The only issue was that Hulu wasn't working but we made do without live TV. We will definitely stay again.

As advertised, this is a cool retro motor inn. Small room that's fully stocked with amenities. The location was perfect for my business locally. No check-in desk, online booking. Good automated texts/emails made for a seamless arrival.

I never leave reviews, so this says a lot. It's the cutest little place! Simple and easy access. I stayed two nights and the service was superb! Everything is readily available for the customers. The perfect little getaway to relax and rest. I live across the river in a different county and didn't realize how much I needed this. I will happily recommend this place to all my family and friends.

This place is the CUTEST! The host was so kind and allowed me to get in a little earlier than planned. From the moment we arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. When we opened the door we were greeted with the cleanest scent! In larger cities I tend to stay in 5 star hotels that somehow funnel in fresh scents through the vents…so the smell is something that I always take note of. It smelled so good that I made it a point to ask the on site care taker. I didn’t get her name, but she was so pleasant and beyond willing to help and answer questions. (This lady is a gem and does a wonderful job keeping up with the place). My husband even noticed how fresh the bath towels were! Told me, “you need to find out what kind of detergent they use!” Hahaha.
All of the attention to detail inside did not go unnoticed. The decorations were so cute and modern. The bed was comfortable and we were able to beat the Florida heat with a fabulously working mini split. You guys did a fantastic job remodeling and your rates are so affordable. Thank you for a great stay. I am so glad I stayed there instead of a large name hotel in Marianna.

Simply Beautiful!! The rooms are newly renovated and are simply amazing! I loved every aspect of the room, from the paint on the walls, the cute sleek modern furniture, the cute microwave, the full body mirror, the k cup machine, even the mountain water they provide was delicious! Everything was so nice, ac gets freezing cold, and I’m a stickler for hot showers and water pressure, and this motel didn’t disappoint I literally took a 30 minute shower!! I love the little bistro patio set outside! Even the door lock was modern and sleek!! I booked with Joanna and she was so nice!! Very professional and patient with me while I made up my mind if I was going stay at The Calhaun. She was amazing (thank you ☺️) this room will make me come visit family more often! I truly felt comfortable almost like I was home! Truly the best room I’m been in-in a long time! O and did I mention it is affordable!! 😍😍 we will definitely come back!!
