The Cabins of Lay Lake at Beeswax was the perfect location for our extended family. We rented the entire property for a family wedding nearby and this was the perfect base and gathering spot. The cabins are exactly as pictured and were clean and prepared to our specifications for bed arrangements (king v twin.) We explored the property and enjoyed evenings by the campfire. While there aren't any chairs provided, we were aware and brought our own camping chairs for the firepit. There is covered parking and plenty of open parking as well.|Alex responded quickly and professionally to our many questions. Staying together as a family made our celebration perfect!!!

I can not express enough how easy the owners made our stay from the very beginning. Truly the easiest part of our sons wedding at a nearby venue. Very accommodating even allowing us to add days to beginning and end of our reservation, as we did not want to leave on our last day. Beautiful location with plenty of peaceful atmosphere and wildlife. Housekeeper was promptly at our service when needed and maintenance man was very personable and made himself available if necessary. We will definitely be back to this peaceful and extremely accommodating location.

We rented 3 cabins for my son's nearby wedding. The cabins were perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and big enough for us to gather together. The owners are very attentive and accommodating! And so close to the gorgeous and friendly Columbiana!

This place is AWESOME!! The cabin was large and very clean. It was also well stocked with dishes, towels, bed clothes. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The grounds keeper was friendly and said was available if we needed help. The grounds were clean and very peaceful. Great walking area. I would highly recommend this place for a great stay for fellow travelers.

We took a family trip and stayed here, we loved it! It is very quiet and safe. The house setup was perfect for us. I had no worries or concerns with letting our 4 year old boy play outside by himself (we could still see him). The owners are super sweet and are there if you have any questions or need anything. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
