I could not say enough good things about this venue. We're SO glad we decided to get married at The Boylston Rooms! The pictures show for themselves how beautiful the venue (and surrounding areas for photography) are, but the staff are what make this place extra special. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was nothing but professional. They were clear and timely communicators, helped troubleshoot things during the planning process, and came with loads of wedding wisdom that helped set us up for success on the big day. When the big day came, I also appreciated how often their staff checked in - even to make sure I was eating (it's the small things!) - and were ready to jump into support anywhere. A special shout out to Myles, who played a supporting role during our wedding portraits, helping me to keep my very long veil under control! A few other things I'll mention: - Their storage room filled with decor you can borrow is SO helpful. Less that you need to buy (and potentially waste post-wedding) and can even make decision-making easier when there are 1,000 versions of the same item online. - Their wedding suites are great to have available too. Obviously for getting ready, but it's also a nice reprieve if you need a quiet moment during the reception. - The Boylston Rooms only works with one caterer, Myer's Catering. Our guests are STILL raving about the food. (There's more flexibility with other vendors). - The Boylston Rooms also owns/is affiliated with The Wedding Day Trolley, which we used to transport our guests to/from the hotel. My partner and I also took some super fun photos inside of the trolley!

Our wedding was somehow even more magical than we could have possibly imagined. The staff were helpful and supportive from day one. Each meeting was extremely detail-oriented and each question was not only answered but explained well and we were provided with helpful suggestions throughout. The venue was absolutely beautiful, I loved the way we were able to customize so much of the space to make it our own. Myles was absolutely amazing, the day truly would not have gone so smoothly without him. He checked in on us consistently and was able to read my expressions easily when something was not quite right and ready with a solution without me even needing to say anything. I was able to have such a wonderful and carefree day knowing that he was there and able to help with anything, my veil, bustle, a laugh, and making sure I had anything I needed. My entire wedding party loved him and he made us feel so warm and welcome! I just might book The Boylston Rooms for every life event I can!!

We got married 8-3-2024 and truly had the best experience getting married at The Boylston Rooms! The communication was open and easy with Myles, Alyssa and all staff involved . The day of my wedding was wonderful - everyone put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself the entire day (like bringing drinks, snacks, etc). The bridal suite had everything we needed to get ready in and was the perfect space to spend the day before the big moment =) the crew also did a wonderful job of decorating the ceremony and reception room, everything looked beautiful and we were really happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend The Boylston Rooms, you won’t be disappointed!

We got married on September 29th at the Boylston Rooms and I could not recommend this venue enough.
From the very start, Myles and Erin were there for us and with us through every step. They are great with communication and always treated my questions with much kindness.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the amount of decorations etc. that they are able to provide for you is a huge time and money saver.
On the day-of, I trusted them completely to have everything run smoothly. Myles even consistently checked on me, made sure I ate, and always made sure my dress was fluffed and looking beautiful.
I wish I could get married every weekend just to get to work with this venue and this team again!

Words cannot explain how much Myles and Erin did for me. I was extremely stressed during the wedding planning process and they always were one email away to help calm my nerves and help me with whatever I needed. Myles and Erin will always go the extra mile for you and your significant other. I went to the Boylston Rooms because I couldn’t get over the natural beauty of the building and spaces for the ceremony and reception. I ultimately decided to choose them to hold our wedding after meeting them and hitting it off. I could go on and on about everything but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Thank you Erin, Miles and the rest of the Boylston Rooms team for helping my visions come to life and giving my husband and I the wedding of our dreams!

I had to choose a wedding venue that I would be able to visit until the day of my wedding, and I could not have chosen a better venue. Erin, the owner, is one of the best humans you'll ever meet. The team at Boylston rooms was an absolute pleasure to work with. The model for weddings offered here was among the most forward-thinking approaches that we saw during our entire search but the professionalism and care from the team was what truly made the experience special. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are so grateful we found this venue. The space itself is breathtaking and we also loved that we could have our ceremony and reception all in the same location. Their inventory of decorations was super helpful. In the year leading up to the wedding, Myles was an angel. He answered all emails quickly and professionally and worked with us to design what we wanted our day to look like. Myles and Jacquetta coordinated our wedding day and they did such a wonderful job setting things up and working with our other vendors. I highly recommend getting married here!
