I went on my first Blue Walk Tour two months ago and I'm still feeling the glow! It was a Spain walk and art with Mary Beth Shaw. Each day was wonderful, interesting and fun! Jeanette and Suzy took care of everything, so all we had to do was show up on time. As a project manager myself, one of things I appreciated most was that when there was something that did not go as planned, they would pivot, find a solution, and always had a positive attitude. I will be going again with them!!

Absolutely wonderful trip to Nice with The Blue Walk. Suzy and Jeannette are the best hosts and walking guides. We walked 46 miles in 5 days through the most beautiful cities -- from Menton to Cannes -- and cannot wait to visit Nice again or do another tour with The Blue Walk. Can't say enough about the experience.

Highly recommended walking vacation fun. Jeannette and Suzy are organized, approachable and adept guides. Excellent accommodations. Switzerland tour itinerary was very comfortable; not jammed packed, nor touristy. Curated for a small group (10 people on my trip). I’d absolutely travel with Blue Walk again.

This was my first time traveling with a tour and it was an absolute joy! Greece is stunningly beautiful and the people warm and welcoming. There is a perfect mixture of guided activities and seeing the major sights combined with plenty of free time to do your own wandering. You really see so much more because of the gorgeous daily blue walks! The walks are pleasant and safe while taking in spectacular scenery and hidden areas of quaint villages. If you want more walking added treks are scheduled for the more adventurous. Our experienced guides are the wonderful duo Suzy and Jeannette!! They are fun, friendly and know where to go to have the most authentic travel experience. We were invited to a home cooked dinner by the local rug dealer’s mother who is their personal friend. We had a private visit with the herbalist who hikes in the hills for all the variety of flowers and plants he uses to make his healing potions and creams. Very special indeed. With the smaller group size you become comfortable and truly make new friends with special people who have reached out for the time of our lives. Suzy and Jeannette treated us to several meals where the authentic Greek restaurant owners served us delicious feasts! With our small group this is possible and a lot of fun! In Athens they arranged for our tour guide who was a world-class scholar of art history and architecture. She taught at the university and was an interesting teacher. We traveled to 3 different islands after leaving Athens. Each island has its own unique charm and were a perfect balance. We walked to the top of a mountain overlooking the Aegean Sea and visited a 17th century monastery where 2 monks still live. The village below is so peaceful and sunlit; I felt I was in a storybook. Then right when you might want a little extra energy we would stop at a favorite gelato shop!! I fell in love with Greece. The care and attention to details (perfectly scheduling of ferries, tickets, directions) all taken care of for you. Suzy and Jeannette deal with those little things so you have the most carefree relaxing trip. One morning in Santorini we arrived to a village early so we had the space and walking views before the Instagram influencers arrived for their selfies (yes, it’s a real thing). I’ll finish with adding a few photos and a heartfelt Thank You Blue Walk Tours!!! P.S. We’re already starting to plan our next one! xoxo

A fabulous walking tour with The Blue Walk in Switzerland. The trip was more than we ever expected. We rode ferries on beautiful lake Zurich and lake Lucerne, rode trains passing alpine meadows and gondola rides up mountains and over beautiful valleys. Each day was a new adventure. The trails were unbelievable in the Swiss Alps! The waterfalls were gorgeous. Hotels were wonderful and close to the train stations. Suzy and Jeannette did a great job making it easy and comfortable for everyone. We also had plenty of time to explore on our own each day. Never would have seen so many beautiful sites of Switzerland without The Blue Walk. Already planning on our next trip!

As a hiking enthusiast, my hiking vacation in Greece with The Blue Walk, led by Jeanette and Suzy, two very experienced guides was my favorite, not only for the location but also for the people we shared it with. Jeanette and Suzy scouted and selected wonderful, scenic hikes, great hotels and restaurants to enjoy fantastic food and experience the Greek culture. We also made many new friends that shared this unforgettable trip with us. Additionally, I felt like our guides were very much a part of this small group experience enjoying it as much as we all did. Fantastic walking tour of the Italian Riviera and Lake Como. Loved every moment. Jeannette and Suzy are knowledgeable, personable and fun. Our tour included a sketchbooking component, which heightened our abilities to observe our new surroundings. Highly recommend as an art walk or just a walk.

The Blue Walk earns our 5+ Stars. Jeannette and Suzy owners of The Blue Walk have perfected the Switzerland walking tour. If we organized our 50th birthday trip to Switzerland we would have missed so many unique things that they brought to our attention. They are the quintessential hosts. The tour structure was exactly what we needed: the pace, the hotels, the food, the atmosphere, the people and the ridiculous views. This adventure will not be easily topped. Run do not walk to The Blue Walk. Jeannette and Suzy are ready to make wonderful European memories and friendships.
