Wow! This hotel was perfect. So cute and elegant. It felt like you were staying in a grand mansion. Everything was above expectations. From the adorable picnic basket left at your door each morning (with the more delicious croissants) to the most friendly staff. Nora was soooo kind and helpful. She went out of her way to find us paper plates and forks for the pie we bought. It was cozy, clean and the perfect getaway!

We just spend a wonderful evening celebrating my husbands birthday at the Belleview Inn. It is such a hidden gem.

If you enjoy old historical homes, this place will fascinate you with all the cool history. It is so well restored that it feels authentic yet fresh and clean at the same time. The details of the service is another thing that sets it apart from a traditional hotel. They bring a little basket to the front of your door with lovely little breakfast to get you started on your day and the views are beautiful both inside the Inn and outside on the green. One added bonus is it’s sister hotel is the Sand Pearl you get a wristband and can use the private beach and amenities of that hotel location was well.
Definitely a memorable stay and would definitely book again. Worth it!

Two elderly, exhausted travelers thought they had a reservation at The Belleview Inn for the night. Not so they were told. There was space. They pulled out a credit card, were registered and directed to room 301. The immaculate room was spacious as was the well-appointed bathroom with shower. There was a picnic basket outside the door in the morning. It contained 2 croisants, 2 jars of orange juice, 2 apples, packets of butter and jelly. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. We spent time sitting in rocking chairs admiring the view before we checked out at 11.

The devil is in the details and most details were missed on our visit.On the surface everything is beautiful but spend some time here and you see many stains on the carpets, furniture and walls.Absolutely no assistance was offered at check in with bags.Windows have greasy stains from foreheads, fingers and noses.The housekeeping staff leave carts in the middle of the hallways and don't acknowledge you or greet you at all.You can get a glass of wine or beer from Maise's but a bar/restaurant would be better. Disappointed that the housekeeping staff removed our breakfast from the room that we were saving for an afternoon snack. We enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, bocce ball, verandahs and sister properties on Clearwater beach but the hotel is still a disappointment considering it's branded as "luxury" and charges those prices for service that is on par with a NON-luxery hotel.

Beautiful, quiet, historical property near the beach in Clearwater. Great for a golf weekend or wedding event, I'd imagine. Has passes to the Sand Pearl resort nearby.

What a lovely get away for some golf, great food at the Belleair Country Club and relaxing in the sun. Beautiful views and well appointed rooms, a definite return visit.

This place is so classic and romantic. Not a lot of thrills but it’s beautiful. It is the quietest hotel you will ever visit. The piano in the lobby plays automatically in the early evening. The pool is wonderful. Friendly staff and free bikes to ride around.

What a wonderful experience my friends and I enjoyed at this beautiful hotel. It was a quick little getaway that turned into a relaxing, warm, and wonderfully enjoyable stay. First and most importantly, the wonderful staff: Nora was so warm in her welcome and knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas. She greeted us with a glass of champagne, a beautiful smile, and incredible kindness. She was able to answer all of our questions and even recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner! Mattie was also wonderful in her manner and excellent service to our group. Travis, who attended the reception desk over night was also very nice. Excellence and attention from their staff truly sets this Hotel apart.
