I am SO happy I went with this company for my daughter’s birthday party. The owner is so great to work with and her balloons were a hit! The set up was so quick and she came and got the huge stand the Monday after the party was over making clean up so easy. I highly recommend and will be getting decor from this company for every party down the line!

When I initially contacted your team to inquire about a booking/pricing and I was told to complete the online form. I was trying to plan my event based on the availability of the artist (which your form does not allow for an open availability), but was just ignored for days until I followed up. I consistently followed up by emails when days would go by without a response. Your team was recommended by a friend and just trying to have a conversation with your team by email was inconsistent and drawn out. When I say drawn out...I completed the form around 9/30 and it wasn't until 10/12 that someone responded with an artist that is available. I also repeated myself a number of times in emails...a phone call from a member of your team could have cleared up the confusion. I requested an apprentice on the form because this event is for preschool kids and they wouldn't need anything fancy from a master face painter. When I was told that someone was available, but only a master artist. In my experience with your team, I don't think I could rely on your commitment to book an event. Communication is a top priority in running a business and I didn't get that experience just trying to book an event.

Highly recommend the Balloon Design workshop not only for their amazing products but also the ease of ordering what you need. The website was very user friendly from picking your product, making customizations, to payment. I just needed a couple foil numbers for my sister's birthday and I was able to place my order in minutes for an easy pickup on the big day.
