I’ve been to this smoke shop several times with no issues. However today, I purchased a geek bar and when I opened the package in the store to try the vape, I was immediately taken back by the lack of flavor it had. I purchased the “Miami mint” flavor which I have had several times before. I had my boyfriend try it and he said it didn’t taste right either. Then my boyfriend’s sister tried it and said it was nasty too. There was barely a hint of mint flavor. The sales guy tried it and said “taste like mint to me” and then had the other guy working there try it and the other guy agreed that it tasted fine. I have had this specific geek bar flavor several times and told them that it didn’t taste right and their excuse was “maybe it’s a different batch”. Also to add, from the 6 puffs that were taken the battery dropped by 11% which shouldn’t happen To me, this is a faulty vape all the way around. But this smoke shop obviously doesn’t care if their customers get a good product, they just want your money. Any other smoke shop I’ve been to would have replaced it if the customer had a complaint about the quality or given a discount on a new vape to make up for the issue. To summarize, I will no longer give this shop my business.

I don't live in the area but when I'm in Spring, I know this is the best vape shop to come to. For instance last week I went in and purchased some juice and asked what a good replacement mod would be. The person helping me took the time to show me a few recommendations and how they work. I purchased one of them and I'm very pleased. However, I had a problem with it. I went in yesterday and the same man helped alleviate the problem immediately. Customer service at its finest. I was reassured that this shop remains the best in the Spring area.

We've been coming here for over a year now awesome customer service they always have what we need. There are a lot of other places in the area to go by far very very far this is the place to go. These guys are really good to their customers we had a couple other shops on the other side of town when we live there we went to but this place takes care of us way better than any of our previous places. If I move to Galveston I would still drive up here to get what I need give them a try you will not be disappointed !!

If I could I would give this Vape store a 10 star rating. I strongly recommend this place. Have everything you could want and more. Great Customer Service, great products and great prices. No more going to a vape shop and getting told they are out of a product. This place is a ONE STOP SHOP. Not only do they have the best quality but also knowledgeable about their products. Best vape shop in Houston hands down Freddie and Hans will take care of you 💯 🤚

I drive out of my way to patronize this place. Always, Always greeted like family, they are very personable and so helpful! Never feel rushed and offered bottle water, which is awesome, especially during summer!! They special order if they don't have what you're looking for, but they do have a huge variety! This is by far the best vape shop in the Spring/Houston area, why?
Great well mannered customer service. The owner and staff always go over beyond. Furthermore, every other customer that walk-ins while I’m there is either a repeat customer or leaves exceptionally satisfied.
Fair prices, with a free discount program.
Even when Covid struck, they still took the proper CDC precautions and did curbside or deliveries.
I promise you that you will not be let down!

The staff are real cool people, friendly, knowledgeable about everything they sell. Give crazy discounts to regulars. Not just the normal discounts through the star rewards from square. I get a free mod every year plus discounts on my juice that supercede all the other shops I've been to. Their juice prices are lower than every shop in the area. I've been to most.
