My mom has been there for 1.5 years The place is like being one. It’s beautiful, cozy and always clean and well maintained. The food is made fresh daily and is served to residents restaurants style. My dad had a history of falling at his previous assisted living facility, which did little to correct the situation. Thankfully, once he moved to The Auberge at Lake Zurich, the falling virtually stopped. I attribute this in particular to Sue, the marketing director, who came through on her promise to keep my dad safe during his stay. She and the caregivers did an outstanding job in providing a welcome and secure living environment for him.
