The room that I booked was fine. Three people stayed in a room with two queen beds. We were be charged an additional fee for a third person. The room had exactly three towels…
However, everyone should be aware that the hot tub does not work, the washer and dryer does not work, the ice machines don’t work and though it’s a small thing the waffle machine doesn’t work. The water in the pool was very warm and there no towels in the pool area.
Service was mediocre.

I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews. I get the hot tub was out of commission but the gym and pool were nice. Pool was cold but it happens. The room was nice, air conditioner worked great. Tv was confusing but figured it out. Great location. Staff was nice and courteous, and the breakfast was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Pancake machine. Coffee in the room and lobby were always ready to go.
Will definitely book again if I am ever in Fort Smith, AR again.

Stopped for the night during a road trip. Great room. Convenient location and easy check in have stayed in rooms twice the price that we’re not nearly as nice. Great staff too. 5 star for the budget price range. Couldn’t ask for more.

Booked 2 nights, won’t be staying the second night. This place smells awful. Literally everything in the room is slightly sticky. The temp swings wildly from boiling to frigid. The ac rattles like crazy. The bedding is so scratchy and somehow sticky. I have nothing good to say about my experience here. I’m writing this at 2:30 AM because I literally can’t fall asleep in this room.

I had hoped a mid priced hotel would be at least decent, I was very wrong.

When we stayed there was no ice, the building was hot, not sure what was going on with the air. Will not let me upload photos of the roaches. We called to ask about their monthly rate, The gm had no idea they offered a monthly rate and I had to lead him to their website. Had a lady call us I'm assuming from a higher position to discuss the rate which she was unaware of also, she hung up saying she would call back, she called back 2 days later and the monthly rate was removed from the website. Imagine that ? Not professional in my opinion, This was our experience. There ís plenty options in fort Smith, with better ratings and Functional Amenities. ‍♀️

HORRIBLE PRICE GOUGING EXPERIENCE! my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to get away for a night and relax away from home. I went to the app of my choice and found this dump. It looked nice but on a whim I didn't read the reviews about odor.

Upon arrival into our room, we found pubic hair on the floor, a dirty towel on the floor, A completely unstocked bathroom with no soap or conditioner or anything and a very two-star quality Englander motel in Fort Smith experience. We went mainly because we wanted to have a romantic evening and kind of chill in a hot tub. We went to the hot tub that was advertised and it was drained empty and had dirty towels in it.

I don't usually complain about these types of things and chalked it up to, Not reading reviews and buying things on a whim. I used face wash that they did provide to wash my body. We tried to figure out the confusing television and then we went to bed. The room did kind of have a cigarette odor, but most hotels of this caliber always kind of have an old musty cigarette odor. We checked out the next morning and said well. This hotel was nice 10 years ago but not anymore and we'll do Holiday inn or something else next time.

I just got an alert from American Express saying that I was being charged $250 cleaning fee. I contacted the hotel, explained to them that I don't even smoke cigarettes and that I quit smoking. They said there was a strong odor of cigarettes And I would be charged the $250 cleaning fee. I'm not going to lie. I was mad. I was combative but they did not even try to meet me halfway. They said a supervisor of housekeeping inspected the room. Apparently it was not inspected before we checked in. So we are having to pay a cleaning fee based on the word of a housekeeper that I was not able to talk to. Luckily I can dispute this transaction but I will never set foot in that filthy, dated, 1985 blast from the past establishment again. Save your money and stay at a Motel on Midland Blvd in Fort Smith they are much cleaner and you get the quality you pay for!

We have been making this our only stay hotel on fort smith for 8 visits until our last visit. We had to get a handicap room due a handicap family member but no wifi in the room or tv for the whole 4 day stay. Kept making up 4 different excuses for the pool not to be open. The hot tub was shutdown until November for some reason. And a few rude front desk personnel. The breakfast wasn't bad but could have been better. We will no longer be coming here due to lack of fixing problems and excuses and will spend our money at another hotel where our money is treated right. Oh and I might also include they didn't give a partial refund nor acted like they cared.
