Good experience overall. Went in with my children instead of going thru the drive thru because one of my children wanted to make a deposit. The staff was friendly as usual. Today was member appreciation day, so a good day to go inside.

We went into the Texans branch in Allen for several transactions. Poonam did a fine job of getting our tasks taken care of. She also recommended the 5% APY CDs which turned out to be a great idea before the interest rate cuts. KB handled the process efficiently. The bank staff were friendly as always.
