This was our first time taking out our new RV. This location was about an hour from home so we figured it would be a great start to our adventures! We were not disappointed! We had a mishap come Friday for check in, and were unable to make it. My husband called to inform the office just so that we weren’t complete no shows. We ended up arriving to enjoy Saturday with our friends. Prior to arrivals, we were able to get a spot next to our friends who decided to join us as well! The front office was extremely accommodating, friendly, and understanding! Our friends and family enjoyed the trails, the views, the sand pits, the tunnels for the kids, the park! They truly enjoyed themselves! Despite the weather not being on our side they truly had a blast! I’d recommend this place especially with how nice the pool and splash pad looks! They also had a bar for the adults to enjoy some beverages! The sites were clean and well maintained! Hook ups were easy and clean, WiFi was available, and the site was quiet! We backed into the water area they had and enjoyed the views! I’d 10000% recommend this location! We’d love to visit during a warmer month for sure!

Great location and amenities! Proximity to Blanco and multiple whiskey distilleries made it the perfect place to be for the weekend! The pool, ponds, restrooms, and laundry are well maintained and the customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and CJ the maintenance manager helped us out when our camper lock jammed and we couldn’t get back in. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time here!

Really fun place and decently priced, but we went out of our way to go here and they were closed even though their Google listing said they were open. And when we brought this to their attention, they were very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care to correct the situation. It’s very hard to get two young kids in bathing suits with sunscreen and all the things you need to spend a day at the splash pad just to get there for them to be closed.

The walking trail and ponds with mature trees is a delight anytime of year. The swimming pool, water park, pickleball courts, horseshoe pits are excellent. The laundry/shower facilities are clean and well kept. The new management staff has impressed us with their attention to detail regarding customer satisfaction.
We have enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Management is absolutely top shelf. My RV knowledge is very limited. Fortunately, CJ has gone above what I expected to help me adapt to this different lifestyle, thank you Sir! Becky, too has been a very pleasant, enjoyable person, very knowledgeable and quickly responds to our concerns. They make Terraquest a 5 Star site to rent. The Pool and other amenities makes this the best experience for anyone who is looking for the best RV site in the area. Also like to mention Samantha is a big plus to the resort, too!
Matt does an outstanding job as well. Really appreciate you all.

This review is from a passionate, childcare enthusiast, and homeschool family with a background in Education, Biblical Studies, and Missions, as well as Real Estate. I urge you not to stay at or do business with this RV Resort. Here is my honest review of an RV Resort I once recommended but am now WARNING OTHERS of the wrongs happening even under new management/staff.

Outline:
•My History
•Experienced Wrongs & The Truth
•Final Warning

MY HISTORY: I stayed long-term here 3 times and placed one of my RVs in their L&L storage twice, most recently under the new management in October/November 2024. I paid on time, kept an organized lot, and stayed to myself until I was being mistreated by this company. The mistreatment began in March 2024 but got worse under new management in November 2024. I’m speaking out, but many families left silently.

EXPERIENCED WRONGS: I waited 9 months for a covered spot. Several came available. I was always given excuses why it wasn’t my turn. Finally, the GM Kris apologized and said I was top of the waiting list. I moved out during the wait and placed one of my RVs in their storage again. While placing my RV in storage I realized I was removed from the waiting list without being contacted. I asked to be put back on and was told okay. A month later I relocated my RV from their storage and was blacklisted without being informed or contacted. I found this out in Nov. when my family noticed an empty covered RV spot and inquired. Blacklisted means I am not welcome to use both the RV Resort and the L&L storage. The new manager Becky wouldn’t give a reason for the blacklist. I reached out to the GM’s direct number and was given silence. I found out later the false accusation I was blacklisted for from the owner’s son (who may also be an owner): operating a childcare business on their property without approval or receiving a cut of profit. I reached out directly to the owner’s son Layton, with hopes of reaching the owner Dirt, to get to the bottom of these lies with proof I have to show that the opposite was true. I was told Layton and I would meet. That never happened.

THE TRUTH: This supposedly family-friendly resort blacklisted me on rumor without inquiring directly or resolving these lies. They blacklisted arguably their most family-friendly customer who was allowing children to join my family’s homeschool activities. I spent my money to purchase extra art supplies and food to include the neighbor's kids in home-cooked meals, crafts, board games, Bible studies, sports practice, and workshops such as Play-doh, and paint. I alternated giving rides to church and VBS which gave families a break. I took some children on clothing shopping sprees and helped clean one home when the mom was loaded down. I NEVER accepted payment from any families nor approached them about daycare services. It was all a desire to make a small difference. Ultimately doing these free acts of service got me blacklisted from the “family-friendly” resort. None of the management mentioned it during my stay. I wasn’t blacklisted for this until I’d moved out waiting for a covered spot under the new management. This was their final excuse for why I couldn’t be allowed a covered spot.

FINAL WARNING:
If you are looking for a family-friendly resort in a healthy peaceful drug-free environment DO NOT LOOK HERE. The main issues are that those running it are unprofessional, believe rumors, and don’t check facts. They handle problems with indirect/avoidant communication, and toxic interactions like showing aggression, control tactics, false accusations, silent treatments, or temper tantrums. You may receive slander, harassment, and rude, petty interactions from them unexpectedly as I did. If you keep to yourself, keep your lot just right, don’t interact with staff except to pay, and are comfortable with strict pool rules, a short-term stay may be enjoyable with the amenities. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! A long-term stay will likely be met with ugly encounters or accusations by staff/management.

There are plenty of spots available. The grounds are well kept. The swimming pool is fantastic. There is a playground for the kiddos as well. Photos to come.

They’re closed on Mondays, which their Google listing says otherwise. Just drove an hour here with both my kids to find out they’re closed…. That I talked to who worked there, but didn’t seem to care at all. Zero empathy
