Such a great day. Our driver, Frank, was funny and knowledgeable. When we arrived at the tour, our guide, Jacob, greeted us with a smile that never left his face. Great sense of humour and clearly a sense of pride in his work. We learned so much today and would love to do it again. The whole place is awe inspiring. Thank you for a wonderful day.

My wife and I recently went on a tour of the factory. As a long-time JD drinker, this was something I've wanted to do for a long time. As soon as you walk in, there are plenty of old bottles, clothes, statues, and pictures with the history of Jack daniel and Nathan Green.
The staff there was amazing, especially Kim and Courtney. They make you feel like part of the Jack family. I highly recommend taking a tour and paying the extra $10 for the lemon jack slushy. My wife isn't much of a drinker, but she loved it. Thank you, Kim, Courtney and the entire Jack daniels family. We will 100% be back! -Jason and Madelyn

This was a great tour of the distillery.
Our tour guide Morgan was the best. Very informative. Took his time to give us every detail. Was able to answer all our questions and he was entertaining! Which made for an enjoyable experience.
Hannah was also very welcoming. She came right up and talked to us and even gave us a great suggestion on what to mix our whiskey with.
Lynchburg is a nice little town. Everyone we talked to was very nice.

So this was probably one of the best experiences that myself and my husband have had he is a huge whiskey drinker and uncle Nearest is his absolute favorite. Karen our tour guide was so informational and educated. We had a spectacular time and suggest anybody and everybody go to learn And hopefully you get to meet Fawn Weaver as we did and her husband what a wonderful opportunity five stars plus +5 more. Oh and don’t let me forget our tour bus driver Jimmy whoa whoa whoa he was so fun and funny. He was awesome Safe driver. I’m pretty sure everybody tipped in 20 bucks. It was perfect.

Our bus driver Frank was amazing. He was very polite & funny. Made our drive to the distillery very comfortable & safe.
Our tour guide Matt was very informative & entertaining. You can feel & hear the passion he has working at the distillery. He has been one of our favorite tours guides so far. I will definitely recommend coming to visit Jack Daniel’s Distillery Tour. This was on my bucket list of things to visit in Tennessee & it exceeded my expectations.

Frank the shuttle driver was excellent very funny very professional and a safe driver.
The tour at JD’S distillery was fabulous along with tasting 5 of the best made from the start to the finish learning the whole history from Kathi our tour guide was great we also had a opportunity to shop At several shops in Lynchburg town square and had some exceptional food to eat at a place called
Barrel House BBQ we hadGrilled cheese on crack with pulled pork and a couple sides.
I Highly recommend doing this tour.

10/10 experience! We had a great bus rider who was lots of fun and provided a lot of insight into the small town of Lynchburg as well as a bit of Nashville. I can’t remember his name unfortunately. Our tour guide at the distillery, Justin, was also lots of fun and made the experience better than I expected it to be. It was so cool to get an inside look at such a world famous whiskey. I highly recommend.
