Staff was nice and our pilot was professional. We felt safe during our flight and the stop on the glacier. It was beautiful! Unfortunately I don’t think i would recommend this tour to others due to the price and the nature of the seating. We understand weight distribution is very important for helicopters but if i were to go back, i would look for a company that guaranteed everyone a window seat. To pay $600 and then have to sit in the middle of the back row with such limited views was disappointing.

I took the most expensive tundra tour with glacier landing and it was beautiful. I was also expecting to see the denali peak but they don’t show that because it’s not in the route even though the description mentions that. So just something to be mindful about. Rest of the tour was nice, the pilot is engaging and makes sure the journey is comfortable.

We spent three days visiting the park, this was by far the most memorable experience for us in our visit to Denali.

The office crew and pilot were very organized and professional. Our pilot provided narration and spotted wild life. We flew up canyons and landed at about the 4000 foot elevation of the Yanert Glacier. An area that was dramatically surrounded by snow covered mountains.

We were able to walk around and view the terrain and the blue frozen water beneath us.

Highly recommend this experience.

My sister and I booked a tundra tour last minute. They had gloves and wind/rain gear for us to borrow which was amazing and definitely needed (it didn’t rain but the wind can be brutal outside the brush). The fall colors were out in full force (earlier in the summer would be very floral). Our pilot Cam was outstanding navigating in tough weather and terrain. Our naturalist guide, Jeff, knows pretty much everything there is to know about the earth and animals in the tundra. We saw evidence of caribou and bear being in the area within the last few hours but didn’t catch a glimpse this time. We did see sheep, pikas, and marmots. I would absolutely come back and do this tour again.

The overall experience was amazing, the staff were friendly and they did a great job. They pick you up at your hotel and drop you back as well, which was very helpful. They have an option to refund money if the flight is cancelled due to weather and the landing couldn’t happen, which is very appreciated. I had a great time and would definitely recommend them.

We did the Heli Hike Tundra tour. Pilot and guide were great and loved the small group. We got lucky and hit the color change which made it even better.
