During the early planning stages of our daughter’s wedding, we felt the need to hire a planner to help us through the rest of the planning process. We initially set out to do most of the planning ourselves, but working full time created a challenge to contact several vendors and follow up with them promptly. Taylor Bible Weddings was a preferred vendor at our venue so we inquired about the services she offered and signed a contract. In addition to planning services, TBW also offers floral design and can help you create your vision for your wedding day.
Taylor and her team quickly jumped in to help us come up with a plan for the wedding weekend. One of the advantages of using TBW is that the team has already designed and coordinated several weddings at our chosen venue and already know what layouts work best for reception hall, where to set up catering and so forth. The day before the wedding, Makayla and Jayden came out to the venue for the rehearsal run through and gave us a timeline of the wedding day. They also began installing some greenery for the amazing floral chandelier that went over the head table. On the day of the wedding they arrived early and installed the rest of the florals, kept everyone on time and were quick to answer any questions I had. Throughout the evening, these ladies were on top of everything did an amazing job!! We are so happy we had TBW, Makayla and Jayden as our planners and floral designers!!

I’ve been to quite a few TBW weddings. Everything and everyone has always been on point. The flowers are always sooo beautiful. Each venue had a different theme or was a different time of year, and just so elegant. Taylor definitely knows how to plan a wedding. ❤️

My husband and I have said multiple times that hiring Taylor Bible as our wedding coordinator was the best wedding planning decision we made. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was beautiful. Everything went off seamlessly. Our priority was for our family and friends to enjoy the day with us. Taylor took care of everything so that those close to us didn't have to worry about it and could focus on the celebration. Taylor has a way of staying in the background and showing up right as you need her. She eased so much stress during the planning and day of. I can't say enough about how amazing she is!

Taylor and Makayla were amazing through the whole planning process and made our wedding day an absolute breeze! Taylor was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before, during and after our wedding. Everything on the day of our wedding turned out perfect. Even when challenges arose Taylor was there to support and resolve it quickly. Taylor is amazing!! She coordinated my 300+ guest wedding reception all by herself, and did a fantastic job! I wanted someone who could help me carry out the ideas that I had and make sure everything was taken care of on my wedding day so myself and my family didn’t have to stress or worry. During the planning process, Taylor gave me plenty of freedom to look around and make decisions, but had great suggestions when I needed help. On my wedding day, we already had a plan in place, and Taylor executed it wonderfully. She decorated the entire venue (rentals, flowers, everything) and made sure that my whole bridal party was taken care of. She coordinated multiple food vendors and deliveries, and because we didn’t have a catered meal, she made sure all the food was set out and replenished as needed throughout the reception. She kept the reception moving along schedule, but was also extremely flexible when changes needed to be made. She worked extremely well with everyone else involved in the wedding. I can’t believe that she was able to do all of this herself. I would highly recommend Taylor!
