Jill and Tyler are wonderful and honest hosts.. My husband and I (as well as some friends) have booked apartments with them for several years now!! One year, a friend also had a room booked with them and did not get to stay the entire time due to a death in her immediate family; Jill gave this friend a chance to reschedule at another time during the year (tbey did not HAVE to do that); we all felt THAT was more than fair !! Jill and Tyler have always kept the best records; they are the ultimate business owners .. they are at the apartments often and are spot-on if a guest or the cleaning person (who has been with them for years) sees something that needs to be repaired…
If they say something; believe it !

These people are criminals and Airbnb will not help. I reserved a room and then broke my elbow/knee and shoulder, could not travel, got dr letter. They refused refund, excuse not applicable!!said they’d give us credit for a year. Just tried to rebook, they said they have no record of such thing, but I do! They refused, saying they have no availability, LIARS. I had a friend check, rooms available. DONT TRUST THEM

My husbad and I stayed here for a month and we are planning another stay here. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of our apartmet. It was bright and welcoming. Jill and Tyler went above and beyond when creating the peaceful and relaxing outdoor seating area. It is beautifully landscaped.
The kitchen has everything you would need along with coffee, cream, and sugar.
We stayed here with our two small dogs and were able to have a few guests visit also.
Thank you Jill and Tyler for exceeding our expectations!

Great for a quick get a way. Old washer/dryer is very loud and there is internet but no apps. You have to log in to your own netflix
