I moved my mil here bc at her previous nursing home, they neglected her and she got a stage 4 bedsore.
I spoke with Aisha, within 3 days she had her moved. It saved her life at that moment.
There was nothing really that they could do. But, Misty Bone the wound nurse went above and beyond trying everything to at least give her a few months. She has also been my family's backbone holding us up and she was honest from the start.
We ended up having 5 wonderful months with her. The nurses and CNAs have treated not only treated her like their grandmother, but treated us like family.
This is a family that I will forever treasure.

Do NOT take your loved one here even for respite!! It was decent in early 2022 but awful as of late 2023. My mom was only ever there for respite covered by hospice!!! In December my mom fell, I was not called, it was not reported to hospice either!! Mom was extremely lucid & talkative the day I picked her up. She told the hospice social worker that she fell & she was still there when I got there to get mom. I understand sometimes a shirt or what not might go missing but 3 days worth of clothes.. unacceptable!! Then also had mom sign something but I’m her guardian so her signature doesn’t mean anything as far as their
paperwork. Then they have the audacity to send a fraudulent bill that should’ve NEVER been a bill!!! Respite is covered by hospice & if I’m not mistaken, Medicare!! When I call to speak to someone about the bill, they put me on hold & nobody ever comes to the phone to speak to me!!

My mother was there for rehab and she was there for 2 days with out a water pitcher also she got there on a Tuesday she didn’t receive a bath on Wednesday so she asked for a shower and she was told that she couldn’t get a shower until Friday because Monday, Wednesday and Friday was her shower days. I understand that bed bound patients may have certain days that they are gotten up and taken to the shower but my mother could walk and bathe herself . I had a family friend to go there on Wednesday to visit and she was told my mother hadn’t gotten there yet, the staff wasn’t aware she was there so she didn’t get her medicine on time it is my understanding that she was to be put in room 8 but she was in room 5 so some of the staff was not aware that she was even there probably why she didn’t get a bath. I that point I was ready to take my mother home and I did. I called there the next day to get her medication and was told that because of the unsafe way she left I could not get her medicine. I was told that I had to call her doctor to get her some more medicine, the doctor said that it was to much medicine to replace so his nurse call trying to get it. I finally called and said I was coming with the police to get her medication because it is against the law to hold her medicine. The lady I talked to took my name and number and said she would call me back and she did call back and said they was getting her medication ready for me to pick up. This is my opinion only but I feel that any rehab or any other hospitals, nursing homes etc should care about the patient it doesn’t matter if you like the way the left your facility or not. It’s about the well being of that person and should not be allowed to refuse to give them their medicine that they depend on to stay healthy. I should have been about the patient. The level of care at this facility suck

Please don't send your love ones here my dad was only there for 21 days and they took his check. They are money hungry and the care is under the bare minimum. The management is very poor.My dad couldn't get help with the small things that he needed and they are very under staffed on the weekend but still they don't do anything about the problems they do have.

Had a bad experience at this rehabilitation facility. My brother came in with heart issues, but he was a big guy when he came into this facility and walking. A few months later he couldn't walk and bed ridden, wasn't able to feed himself. Doing the stay he got bed sores all over his back and butt became raw. He ended up passing away and was neglected by the staff at the. Will I don't recommend this facility to no one
ridden

The most lazy, money hungry, uncaring, not willing to care for your loved ones or help you make an informed/best decision for their care type of nursing home I've ever seen. DO NOT send your loved ones here. It may be okay for out-patient rehab IF your insurance covers it, but otherwise RUN. The admissions/discharge people will start out being super friendly, then very quickly become FULL of rude, unnecessary ATTITUDE. Not even professional individuals, especially the discharge woman who also doesn't know how to return phone calls. And they refuse to give out the state representative number when it's REQUIRED BY LAW.
