Rented this 3 bedroom for us, the kids and grandkids. Such a cool cabin. Plenty of room and right in the river. We plan on making this an annual trip!

The photos don't do this cozy cabin justice! The linens and towels were all brand new, it had every amenity you could desire and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with oddities we forgot. Everything was clean! Games, movies, plenty of room for everyone and the river access was incredible! We hope to be back sooner then later! Summer 2024

This house is super comfy and well equipped to hold a large number of people. The hot tub is great and lot of cozy spots around the house to chill.

However, for those who like to cook, the pantry is not super stocked so pls make plans to get some essentials items. And also pls carry body soaps and shampoos for the two bathrooms.

We were 11 people and had a great time In Tahoe. House is close to the lake and had good amount of parking in front and back for about 4 cars.

Just got home from our stay and can’t stop thinking about how lovely this rental is! We had a 10 adult group - there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably + a large outdoor deck for bbq’ing and outdoor meals. It’s about two flights of stairs up to the house and can be intimidating if carrying luggage, so those with mobility issues might have trouble. The master room is huuuuge and the other bedrooms are tiny but it wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, pans, spices, table linens, paper towels, etc. plus a bar area with a separate sink. The house was relatively clean but keep in mind it’s an older cabin so we saw a few bugs and webs… nothing scary. Mornings are a bit warm because it’s a direct sunrise hit but cooled down throughout the day and was really nice at night. Having onsite laundry was a huge plus! We were able to use Tart Connect when we went out at night which was so convenient and saved us money we would have spent on Uber! Would love to come back again soon!

Beautiful home with more than enough room for 6 adults and several kids in the 2 bunk beds in a separate room. Plenty of TVs to watch if locked inside due to snomageddon like we were.

The location is a couple hundred yards from the village which is handy for food and fun. Even in heavy snow, the walk is easy and the pizza restaurant is open. (The house pizza at Rubicon is really good.)

The home had newer viking appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, utensils - and everthing you need to cook for everyone.

Bring your own wine glasses and be prepared to dust off snow from the hot tub?. You can see the mound that represents the hot tub in the pictures. Clearing that is on the guests but the driveway and street is cleared each day when it snows.

Great winter retreat for the family. Excellent location with snow at the back yard and close to downtown Truckee. The house is in great shape and hot tub works great.

Cute cottage. Perfect for 3 people or small family. Great location, 3 blocks from the main drag and Tahoe City. Very dog friendly, there's even a toy box for your favorite pooch. Also, there's a dog park that's easy to walk to. We cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. During the summer there's a Farmers Market on Thursdays and live music on Sundays at the park on the beach. We had a great time, you will too.
