Sebastian scheduled a time for today, Friday, June 28th, to go to Honda in Carson City, NV to pick up our car. We had to stop at our bank on the way.He answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully. He charged a reasonable rate
He had a cancellation, connected with me,so we left at an earlier time.

Excellent experience using Tahoe Thunder Taxi last week. We arranged a ride from/to the Reno/Tahoe airport to our hotel at Pallisades Tahoe. Sebastian was very responsive while making the reservation and transparent regarding pricing. Daniel - our driver both ways - was very personable, professional, and safe driver. Just great service the way it should be done! Fantastic communication prior to pick-up (confirming time and location) and answered all questions quickly. Thanks!

Sebastian was great and helped me with a complicated pickup/dropoff for a big party of people in Truckee. He picked up the phone right away and was responsive over text whenever I had questions.

Ubers, especially for a large group of people, can be impossible in Truckee after midnight. We were grateful to have Tahoe Thunder Taxi. Thank you Sebastian and Dan!

My advice to anyone:
-Call Sebastian
-Tip your drivers nicely
-Pay in cash!

Would never take this cab again or recommend to anyone. Sketchy business that charged my card without my knowledge for additional money. Tried to follow up with the company and they did absolutely nothing. It’s illegal and unacceptable. Would stay away!

I went to Lake Tahoe for the first time ever and wanted to save time exploring the touristic points. I booked a tour from Thunder Taxi and I was very satisfied. Driver was friendly, he drove safely although the road was icy and he was very knowledgeable as well.

I highly recommend Tahoe Thunder Taxi, both Sebastian and Alex are very professional, on time, very polite and great guys! We have used them many times over the years and they can accommodate large parties no problem. You will not be disappointed!! Scott
