Really fun, not too strenuous exercise. Great for groups or those less able to alpine. A little pricey, so bring your card that gets miles as they'll accumulate quickly. Good lunch counter!

So worth the price for a season pass. They have wonderful trails and great variations for many skill levels. Even with the lack of snow this year the trails are pretty well kept. Nice lodge area with shop and ski rentals. Quick and easy to go for just an hour, but with plenty of interesting trails to stay for a full day if you want.

We heard about it and decided to see what its all about. Its off season but still beautiful. The family and i got to adventure into the woods on some hiking/biking trails for some fresh air and also find a geocache along the way. Lots of fun on the back patio and the kids all got to pet a horse that was walking by. Will definitely be back here soon

Excellent place for xc ski. We spent two days here, skied 20 miles and still had lots of areas left to explore. From the bottom to tops is about a 1500' spread so it's nice views all along the way and many nooks to explore.

The staff is professional and very helpful. Being a newbie, I took one lesson and both instructors were top notch. After 1.5 hours I felt like I new what I was doing.

There are a few warming huts scattered around the mountain. They are small though and only seat about 4 people. They have water but that's about it.

The lodge itself is modern and comfy. They had a small kitchen and lots of space to rest. They do get busy but they seemed to manage it reasonably well. There is a small bar as well with a fireplace.

Rental equipment is new and in excellent shape. It's easy to get through the rental line and walk out ready to ski. Multi day rentals give you a discount to ask about that before you return your equip.

I had never been snowshoeing before coming here, and I didn't really know what to expect, but it was such a great experience that now I'm eager to go back again!

We got rental snowshoes and poles from here, and the process was pretty smooth. The person working outside was really helpful, and noticed that we were wearing more layers than we needed, and recommended we put some of it back in our car. Definitely was a good choice! Even with the layers we left behind, we still ended up removing more layers as we were snowshoeing. During covid, only one group can be inside the checkin/rentals building at a time, which has an interesting nice side effect of you being the only customer everyone is helping once you're inside.

When we were planning this trip, we had an idea of what we were going to do, but really didn't have an idea if that was a good plan. As we were getting ready to start, one of the staff at the information table gave us a recommendation of a different path than what we had planned, and it was so much better than what we would have done.

Snowshoeing here was super nice with the dedicated snowshoe trails. There were some amazing views along the paths, and I loved walking through the different trees. Would definitely come back!

The staff of BikeWorks out at Alder Creek Adventure Center are great. A perfect place for families to ride the trails and if in need of short term rentals. If your son or daughter needs to learn the fundamentals of riding be sure to schedule a youth weekend class with Leader Mike.

Great ski lodge with good prices, nice rental gear, and phenomenal instructors. The trails were really nice and well maintained.
