Michael was very friendly and helpful as we showed up without reservation. A room was provided that met all our expectations. The room was extremely clean. Great water preasure and hot. The bed was comfortable, furniture, TV, coffee maker were all in great working order. Ceiling was a fabulous addition to the room. Price was affordable. Would suggest to anyone to stay here. We will be back to stay again.

This is a 5 star! Clean rooms: floors where spotless, the linens smelled fresh and wonderful, the bathroom was immaculate. Service was spectacular and price is very affordable. Highly recommend.

The rooms were modest and well equipped. They were clean and fresh. The manager was available and very helpful. The rate was very competitive, for the area.

Room was awesome. Big and clean. Only needed one bed but we had two in it.
Need to ask Mike where he got the bed and pillows. Love,love,love the bed and pillows they were so heavenly.
Over all I give it a 10+.

This is my favorite place to stay in Blanco. I stayed there for 3 nights in June, 2023. The staff are great and the rooms have a clean, comfy vibe to it. The beds are VERY comfortable. The wifi works great, as does the TV. The rooms have a fridge and desk and lovely picnic tables in a green grassy yard out back. Highly recommended! Thank you for such a great stay! I'll be back.

My husband and I were here for a funeral and needed a place to stay.
I was impressed with this motel. Super clean with extra room.
Simple table and chairs that were comfortable.
The bed was so comfortable, we just fell into it and went to sleep.
My husband woke up the next morning and commented how good he slept because of the bed.
Something I really appreciated was the little things that added to my stay.
Glass coffee cups, half an half creamer, a daily newspaper was in the room (we did read). The bathtub/shower they picked out (when remodeling) with lots of deep shelves for your things.
And last, I felt the price was adequate for the area. Not too high, which could have been for the area.

If I was going to nit pick at something, there’s not an ice machine, but when I went to the office to ask for ice, they had an ice chest with ice buckets in the office.
That works for me.

I had my doubts when booking this place. It’s been a long time since I stayed in a motel but I trusted the reviews and they were rock solid. The Swiss Lodge Motel is modest but very clean. My room had ample space and was mostly updated.

I LOVE clean but I also want to bring attention to the service. I can’t rave enough about it. These people are fabulous. I received kindness, mindfulness, and generosity during my four day stay and all with a smile.

I would definitely stay here again.
